Absolutely appalling customer service! Bought backache as gift and broke within 5 days. No response from customer email and after badgering on social media now told that it has been revised and doesn’t meet refund policy. Do not buy from them! Poor product and customer service

Don't reply to emails or social media. 3 weeks since ordered.

Would not order from this company! Ordered a personalised bracelet,they sent a necklace after god knows how many messages though Facebook because they don't reply to emails they finally sent the bracelet I wanted only for it to be massive and miss shaped and fall's off my wrist! Again messages though Facebook I asked for a returns label and refund they are very reluctant to give refunds I was told to bend the bracelet into shape myself! Customer service is shocking! , would never order from them again and still had no reply about getting a refund been nearly two months since I ordered my item from them!

I placed an order for a necklace & paid in full. Necklace has never arrived and they aren't answering emails although still sending me advertising emails.

I too placed an order for a necklace . Advertised on Instagram.
Initial email asking me what I wanted engraving and then no reply. Ordered as a gift. V disappointed in service and seems chaotic and badly organised . If I had read other similar reviews before placing order I would have not have bothered. Would still like to receive the necklace just to assess for myself how poor/ good it is but as yet been waiting nearly a month and no sight of it!

Wrong necklace turned up - I have tried so many times to contact them either to replace the wrong pendant or for a refund…NOTHING!!! I’ve replied to texts, sent emails, no phone number.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - none?!
Not worth the risk and necklace isn’t very good quality either - avoid!!!

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I would like to have given zero stars, alas this is not possible! They sent me the wrong order. Every email I have sent to inform them of this fact and see how they will put it right has bounced back. Their customer services phone number is non existent. I just feel like I’ve been fleeced!

They do not reply to any emails at all. Weeks passed without my order being delivered and no updates. It finally arrived with the wrong names on! Still no response to any emails and I email daily

Email…. Who doesn’t reply!!!
It was a birthday gift that couldn’t be given.
The beads slide off one end if it is worn, or even picked up!!
Terrible company. Terrible item.

UPDATE -
You can see they replied under my review, i emailed the address provided and somebody did reply initially. However they have now gone back to ignoring me! It has been almost 3 months since I emailed after receiving my FAULTY order.
DO NOT USE this company.

They told me negative comments are deleted from posts as they ‘flag certain words’.
Also any positive reviews on here are invited links….

Ordered over 2 weeks ago heard nothing and no answer to any emails I have sent. English number does not work and not sure how to why my money back now
