My experiences at Ascotts have always given me the confidence that the whole team has my back.
Problems with my Taxi have always been resolved in a timely fashion.
Nice clean premises with a comfortable spacious waiting area for the drivers.

I was recommended to Ascotts when I had my first rented cab from them until I bought a new electric one a few years ago, I have always found the team there friendly knowledgeable, the showroom is impressive when you walk in & shows off the company in a positive way, I was informed of any extra work that was required as we went along,as this was a pre
overhaul & service, before the tfl inspection the following day, the cab passed, I would always recommend Ascotts.

I recently had my timing belt service carried out at Ascott, and once again the service was outstanding. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. Special thanks to Tash, Nat, Matthew in Meters, Kevin, and Phil – and the rest of the team who make the whole experience seamless. Truly excellent service from start to finish.

Managed to squeeze me in at the last minute for a service before a long trip that would’ve put me over on the mileage. As always friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been before, there’s a lovely walk around the fishing lakes and a cafe just around the corner on the industrial estate. Thank you Team Ascotts !

Every visit ive been , ascotts has a friendly vibe , professional , and honest . It really is a 1 stop shop 4 any taxi need. The waiting facilities are excellent , charge your phone and clean toilets . No need 2 use any1 else . Keep it up ascotts 🫡
