Horrible carrier service. I paid extra for fast shipping… I think it’s taking even longer than standard shipping. My parcel destination has not been updated in a week???? I would NEVER use this company if I had the choice…. What a joke!!!!!!

Tracking stuck since September 12th. At this point, I’m convinced my package is on a world tour: cruise ship across the Atlantic, camel ride through the Sahara, maybe a quick alien abduction detour. Meanwhile, I’m refreshing the tracking page like it’s a Netflix series with no new episodes.
Asendia doesn’t deliver parcels — they deliver character development. Patience, anger management, existential dread… you get the full package. Shame the actual package is still missing.

.I was very disappointed with the delivery service. The carrier showed a poor attitude when delivering my order. He was rude and unprofessional, and did not handle my package with care. He delivered to the wrong address As a customer, I expected respect and basic courtesy. I hope the company addresses this issue and trains their staff to improve communication and customer service in the future.
We made an order from Boohoo, who are impossible to contact. So we contacted Asendia to try to find out why when we are in the UK they are posting it to Australia. We paid standard postage, and have the correct address on Boohoo. I just can’t understand why they would rather send a parcel to the other side of the world, than reply to our request.
I orderd a few items from a site, they all got sendt form the same place same time, shipped via asendia.
One of them came back to the place I orderd from damamged by asendia, so I had to REOrder what I bought.
The two others are STILL missing, since the tracking NEVER updated, and even today its not updated.
The store did ship these items securely, I been buying from them over years now.
They do not ship items in a plastic bag like other sites does.
I did get my money back so I have to RE Order AGAIN what I was supose to get.
This is NOT the first time this has happend.
What a terrible service, either they lost my packages or someone working there likes stealing people's packages (cause theyr small enough to be pocketed).

What a nice surprie after all the bad reviews! My parcel has been handed over to Asenida by USPS in the US.
It took them a week or so to deliver my parcel in Hungary. All in all a happy customer! I didn't chose them, but would definitely use their service in the future...

absolutely horrible. i have never had issues with my online store i normally order from until the carrier happened to be asendia. they will delay your shipment and when it finally does ship out, it will say delivery failed even though it is nowhere near my house even though packages from the same brand have been sent here before. not to mention, it’ll stay stuck in the same place forever even if they “attempted” delivery with no updates. if your order gets shipped out by asendia, just cancel it and hope you get another carrier

Disrespectful to the time of the costumers; this item should have come today to my house, not even in my country yet. The item departed the USA more than 2 weeks ago and still no signs of the package in my country. In other courriers I had it in less than a week in my country from the USA. I sent them a mail and they only replied with the same thing the tracking said, totally useless and didn't even answered the last mail sent.

What a terrible delivery company. They broke the porcelain plate that we ordered. When called them, they refused to admit and refund.
I ordered an item from eBay, shipped via Asendia on August 9th from California (close to Japan, the final destination). Instead of going west, it was inexplicably routed across the U.S. to Illinois, wasting days in transit and moving further from its international destination. Here’s a summary of the route:
Aug 9–10: Accepted and processed in Glendale and Santa Clarita, CA
Aug 11–13: Sent to Chicago IL, then Glen Ellyn IL
Aug 15: Still sitting in IL, “Processed by Asendia”
That’s six days of travel in the wrong direction, and now it’s stuck in the Midwest.
When I asked why this illogical detour happened, customer service replied with a generic message: "It’s still in transit. Track it online. Contact the seller." No explanation, no accountability, just passing the buck.
Asendia clearly has poor logistics and unhelpful customer support. If your destination is international, you’d think routing through the closest international gateway would be standard practice—not the opposite.
Avoid this company if you care about efficient shipping or meaningful responses.

Asendia will lose your package, and will never respond to you. Weeks of my item not moving and they will not respond to a single email or website inquiry.
Never use this service if you value your time, your items, money or sanity. Probably one of the worst I've ever had the misfortune of being subject to.

When I read the reviews I thought that I won’t get the package before my flight! I ordered two items from American eagle, they sent them in two shipments , pne with purolator and another with Asendia , the one with Asendia was 3 days after the pulolator one! The package in Asendia arrived in three days ( including custom clearance and great tracking ) , the one from purolator might not arrive on time as they keep on changing the day of delivery daily ! So honestly this company is great

So i decided to get some merch from a store, and it had to be shipped with Asendia.
It is now a month later, my package is apparently stuck in dutch customs with absolutely 0 idea what is happening, shop support wont answer my emails, these guys have absolutely horrible tracking or information on what to do afterwards, and customs is about as helpful as you'd expect with the amount of stars on this review.
Please pick any other shipping company if you can.
