Tracking not working and no customer service
The web site does not work, the customer service is non-existent and the delivery is over a week late with no way to contact them.
I would have given less stars but 1 was the lowest.

Deliveries book for my 2 appliances on 1st week Dec still not received no response no update and no one pick up call and website page also not working for customer service very bad experience still waiting for my item and no response and contact available to find out the status for delivery.
Failed to deliver Sofa
Taken day off work for Sofa which we ordered in September. Just had a message from them saying there is a problem locating item for delivery, "No need to get in touch, We will contact you in 3 days". NO NEED TO GET IN TOUCH!!!!......No answer on webchat and 108 people in queue when ringing, This company wants closing down. Any company that uses this company for delivering items need to re-think the partnership, SHAMBOLIC
Appalling and dangerous service.
Delivery two hours late. No call beforehand as agreed. Delivery driver and his mate spoke no English. Only communication was by using hand gestures. My wife was home alone and felt very intimidated by them. They didn't install the washing machine correctly. Transit bolts left in-situ when washing machine installed. Waste pipe from the washing machine was pushed so far down the drain u-bend that it pushed it apart. Water leaked under the washing machine and shorted out the ring main and I got an electric shock when I tried to move the machine.
Phone support more useful then chat support.
The order was supposed to be delivered but did not arrive. I waited for 3 hours to speak to chat support and apparently my order was cancelled without my knowledge and they were unable to book the delivery in and just advised me to contact the complaints department. Apparently in their system is says that I cancelled the delivery and I needed to rebook the delivery though this isn't what happened and again they did not offer me a way to book delivery.
Edit: I updated this review from 1 star to 3 star. After about 6 hours waiting for a callback I received a call from phone support and they were actually helpful, apologised and booked the delivery in for the next day.

Use the correct company details
Arrowxl which is the company most complaints are about is different from askaxl though they are one and the same. This way they can show they have great reviews on their claimed site and website and most of the negative complaints are out in different place on trustpilot as it's a different Web address. Needless to say waited an hour for imaginary web advisor to show up on line. Never happened.

The mattress still in my hallways suggests "collection success" is a lie.
We watched the lorry move around, and collection time get later, until eventually after stop 30 (we were 32) it appears they were sat in a layby on the A46. At 19:05 - 5 minutes after their customer support stops - we were told the collection was a success at 5pm.
Now at 90 minutes on their webchat. Just be honest, do not lie about your services.

Abysmal. Ordered an appliance almost £500. Arrow changed delivery day several times from end of November to 6th December when it stated it was loaded on the van. Then changed to 7th and time slot provided. Never turned up then marked delivered on 7th yesterday (8th). Online chat no response. WhatsApp says go to online chat. Called Arrow 9am, number 42 in queue. 9:20am number 86 in queue. 10am number 121 in queue. 10:15am number 167 in queue. Called Amazon, they had same issues contacting Arrow. Complaint raised. Time off work still no appliance. Appalling service that companies should not use.

my Item was due delivered on Saturday but no sign. spent 1.5 hrs on Saturday trying to get through to someone on a web chat! What a joke! Today is monday still no item still no delivery update so tried web chat again after 1 hr i posted that I had been waiting 1 hr for an advisor, I git a response of "sorry for your wait we are very busy and cant help you this webchat is closed, NEVER in my life have I had customerservice so rude
Delivery went very well.
Once Arrowxl had picked up the fridge from the seller I was kept informed of when they would deliver. On the day I was given a 2hour time slot and although it was quite late in the day it was delivered without any problems by Leigh and Andrew. After reading so many bad reviews I felt I had to say my experience with them was good.
Mattress collection
Arranged to have a mattress collected. Delivery driver claimed they couldn't collect it because I hadn't put it in a bag. This is categorically untrue. Spoke to the recycling company who confirmed it was untrue but found the collection team had marked it as collected.
Rearranged collection. Got a message saying 10.30-12.30 so arranged morning around that. Checked tracker- said they were still on delivery 2, then an hour later still on delivery 2. Tried to use online chat to establish where it was, no answer at all.

Several communications when the order was placed, they all said they would call 30 mins before delivery would be attempted.
Come to delivery day with the time window of 06:30 - 09:30, and at 06:45 i got an email saying that delivery had been attempted, but no one was home so they left a card. There was no phone call, no one buzzer my intercom and there has been no card left. I'm assuming that they're really busy after black friday and they're pretending to "attempt deliveries" so they can say to their customers they tried so they hit their targets and don't have to give refunds. Really disappointing and is the sort of thing that will make me think twice before ordering from anyone using them to deliver in the future

Waited in all day for a delivery which cancelled late in the evening. Only rebook options were for 6 days later.
Webchat contact the following day provided the bare minimum and no resolution to the issue which was completely out of my control.
Ultimately cancelled and booked an alternative fridge through AO who delivered the very next day.

Awful. Advised delivery would be Wednesday, sent a time slot around lunchtime which got moved by an hour and then no show, nor trackable. Spent waiting for advisor to respond on webchat for an hour, no show. They turned up following morning with 15mins notice, when I’m not in. Spoke on video doorbell on leaving with neighbour they knocked and just left, returning it to their base. Tracking updated with ‘carded’, no card. Tried webchat, again no response. Phoned Fri, but kept being told not open until 9am, when I was phoning at 9.10. Eventually got through and told re delivery would be in a week! Told them to cancel and get refunded from seller. Ordered elsewhere same item, will be getting it tomorrow through a better courier and for less!
You’d think M&S would need to sell…
You’d think M&S would need to sell furniture successfully but no… they use ArrowXL. What an absolutely awful company to deal with. Delivery scheduled today but due to ‘an issue in their warehouse’ they were not able to make delivery today. You cant contact them either. I’ll be cancelling the order with M&S and let them sort it between themselves. Useless.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Did not deliver at all but told Amazon they had. Today i had another company come to pick up my return!! WTH! They kept contacting me with delivery dates and times despite me having cancelled the order with Amazon. Availability for customer contact is practically non existent. I've only put 1 star because you have to rate to be able to place a review! In really they are minus 10! I hope Amazon make an immediate review of the contract with this business!!
They make it stressful
First time I stayed home for delivery and was told they had lost it somewhere in the warehouse. No communication for several days. I waited in again and when the delivery tracker said they were an hour away, I was sent a message saying they couldn’t deliver as I was not at home: I was! Now I’m on call waiting having been caller 104, 3 hours and I’m still waiting.

The worst delivery company I have ever…
The worst delivery company I have ever come across. Meant to deliver two sofas from Very and only delivered 1. The other was cancelled 10 mins before the driver dropped off the first one. When I asked the driver where the other one was he had no idea. There is no one answer the phone at Arrow and they point you a chat option that no one responds to either. I'm now waiting to speak to very to express my frustration. Very are a pretty good company that are now being let down by poor delivery companies. I would not purchase anything from any online retailer that uses Arrow as they are completely hopeless.
