Absolutely shambolic

Absolutely shambolic, took day off work to receive delivery was given time and they didn't turn up. Tried to contact live chat no response and telephone number on website does not work. Still not received goods or any updates from them so will have to cancel. Worse delivery service ever should be avoided.

LIARS.
Did not attempt delivery, knocked & immediately walked away without waiting! I opened door & called after him & he ignored me & just marked it as customer not home. I AM HOME. I ANSWERED
It’s been hours, we chat doesn’t answer. Found a phone number ver but been in a queue 2 hours now

I've never had a good experience with…

I've never had a good experience with these. Angry, unprofessional men, working unsafely, without safety tools, like wheeled trollies for heavy goods etc.
Latest order never showed up, then they sent a 'delivered' notification. Absolutely ridiculous. Very, please stop using these jokers!

Delivered wrong furniture

They delivered a very large parcel to my home yesterday , I was expecting a small glass cabinet but instead received a large wooden sideboard. I didn't question it at the time as I presumed it was all packing and on closer inspection realised it wasn't my parcel it should have been delivered to a Customer in South Yorkshire.
I tried contacting the driver by leaving a phone message without success. I contacted Very and they said they would resend my order today and the wrong parcel would be collected.
However I received a text message from Arrowxl saying that wouldn't be happening today. the furniture which was delivered is extremely large and I cannot get on or out of my front door. If this item is not going to be collected I will have no option but to place it outside.
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them, WhatsApp, telephone and through their so called automated messaging service disgustingly customer service.

Getting a refund

My experience is the same as most reviews on here. I haven't received my delivery. The only difference is that i contacted Amazon customer service by chat (don't select return or delivery not received because this will generate a standard bot response.). Pick any other subject to get connected. Then demand a refund as your contract is with the supplier not the courier. No matter what they say. I got a full refund and a gift voucher. Now, even though I haven't received the item- ArrowXL have sent me a message with a date for collection! Laughable. I'll be sure to check the carrier before confirming any future orders. Don't take on responsibility of dealing with the courier. That's the job of the supplier. Don't trust that they will rearrange. Just get a refund. Buy from a reputable supplier even if it costs a bit more. Its worth the hassle you will avoid.

If you're here you have problem !!!!

If you're here and reading the Arrow XL review, you're probably another person who's been scammed by Sony or another company, including Arrow XL. Please report everything to OFCOM. I've been waiting for delivery for the second time today. I took the day off, of course, and waited a day, but nothing arrived. The delivery was supposed to be between 7 and 9am waiting till 4.30 went for shopping. The delivery guy came around 5pm i was at shop my neighbor wanted to pick it up for me, but they said they couldn't leave it at his place, so they gone with my tv.
!!!!!!What's more, it's now marked that the TV was delivered at 5 p.m. and its signed for!!!!!!
I don't know if I'll sleep tonight, and I have a very responsible job next day. I paid almost £1,000 for it. I've had enough, and I won't leave it like this. I'm calling Citizen Advised tomorrow at my brake if i go to work . I'm filing a complaint against SONY

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. A shambles from start to finish. My order was booked for 19/11/25 and didn’t show up, no communication. Rebooked for 22/11/25 between 315 and 515pm and again didn’t show up. Was told I would be sent out a link to rebook . No link sent. Then contacted the seller who say ArrowXL told them it was delivered 30/11/25 which is completely a lie! My item is now God knows where , no contact email or number to discuss it. So as a self employed person I have now lost 2 days pay ( about £450) due to these idiots!!

Bunch of Liars

Ordered large item from Amazon, given delivery date 3/12/25 and a time of between 1030 hrs and 1230 hrs. I received an email stating they had made a delivery attempt at 1158 hrs. Funny that as I have doorbell camera and a front security camera and no delivery attempts made. Later they told Amazon that I would receive it by 1800 hrs today, guess what, no delivery and you can't contact them. Why do Amazon use such a useless lying company. Avoid at all costs, and any company that uses them.

Appalling delivery company

Appalling delivery company. My delivery was suppose to arrive between 4-6pm, they apparently turned up at 1.50pm saying no one was , no phone call either and there were plenty of people in to the take delivery.
Avoid at all costs, save your sanity and I can’t believe AEG use this company!!

Was due a oven from Aeg this morning delivery by Arrow.
After there 2hr slot expired I got a message saying warehouse problem and wouldn't be delivered today.
I've tried phoning with 70 call wait which has now closed and even chat line closed now.
Disgusting service

The worst delivery company ever

The worst delivery company ever! They are destroying Otty's brand. Why a reputable company would use them is beyond me. They have zero accountability. They gave me a 2 hour slot when they would deliver my mattress. After one hour had passed, they advised that they hadn't received the item in the local depot. They have not advised on a new date. I am just sitting and waiting and there is nothing Otty can do about this.

Ordered a large 4-seater sofa

Ordered a large 4-seater sofa, armchair & large pouffe from Furniture 123.

My delivery was last Saturday 30/112025, the van turned up after 9 hours waiting time, to the delight of they forgot to pack the furniture on the van. No apology.

Arrow XL contacted me on Monday night, the 1/12/2025 to state they would be delivering the furniture today 3/12/2025.

On Tuesday night at 10.30pm they sent me a text message to state the furniture would not be arriving today the 3rd. Another day wasted. No apology.

They have sent me 10's of messages & emails, but to no avail. No delivery, no apology, no furniture.

I am still currently sitting on the lounge floor, with not an ounce of information about my order, and IF any type of delivery will be met.

Furniture 123, only stated they would refund me for the furniture, and would not chase up the delivery company to ask what it is actually happening.

I should have gone to a more well-known establishment /delivery service.

Shameful service

Shameful service. Ordered a set up and take away packagaing service but delivery men said they don't know nothing. They were late by 2 hours and no one answered the live chat despite waiting for an hour. Shameful.

Absolutely shocking service give you a time slot then ring you once the driver then doesn’t answer the phone when you call them back they have already cancelled the job saying no one in all 2hrs before the allocated time slot this has now happened 3 times absolute worst customer experience

Worst delivery company ever

Ordered furniture from Dusk to be deovered by.Arrow XL Ltd on 27 November. On day of delivery got text saying sent to wrong depot. No other information for 6 days! Then text message to rebook for 16 December. So will have yo wait and see if it turns up. Frustrating as no way to contact them by phone, email or text. I will NEVER buy furniture from DUSK again. Told Dusk who apologised but said nothing they could do yet my contract is with them. Shameful.

Don't ever use this company

Don't ever use this company, they were supposed to deliver a mattress on the 22nd November, sent me a text to say it had gone to the wrong depo. Supposed to redeliver today between 6.30am - 8.30 am. Phoned at 7.am to say they were 30min away. They did not show, sent a text to say they were unable to deliver. I rang the number they rang me on 22 times to aske for an explanation. They refused to pick up my call. When into their website to no avail. I will contact the company I brought the goods from and demand my money back, using delivery firms such as this does them no favours.

Shambolic

Was due a delivery of 2 sofas on 28th Nov. Ordered from Very. Time slot received the day before. Arranged for my old sofas to be collected on the morning of the delivery to make room. No call on the day, no one turned up. Tried contacting on web chat-no one picks up. Called next day - 61st in the queue- 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. To be then advise that 'the item couldn't be located in the warehouse' Personally I don't think 2 sofas would be that hard to find. Complaint raised to customer care which they did reply to, but now it's got to be 'investigated' so don't see this being resolved anytime soon. Just an absolute farce and in the meantime nothing to sit on! I would avoid them like the plague.

Do not use this company

Two failed attempts at delivery:
1. Cancelled the day before the sheduled install, with no notification. Some nonsense excuse that I hadn't booked the removal of old appliance. I followed all the instructions on both links they sent me.
2. Attempted second delivery. Guys weren't qualified to install and remove the new/old dishwasher. Flooded my kitchen. Didn't even turn the water off at the mains before disconnecting old appliance. Mains pressure water everywhere. I had to get on my hands and knees to turn off the water mains. Not easy when you're disabled.
The guys abandoned the job saying they only had 10 minutes per job. Put my new dishwasher in the garage and left me to deal with the water damage (in my appliances toaster etc, walls, windows and floors drenched. The guy left drenched in water too, as was I. They didn't even say they had left. They just drove off. A hit and run. Appliances direct (the company I bought the machine from) resolution was to refund the delivery, install and removal costs and put a claim in for water damaged. Not a resolution! I'm still without a dishwasher and now need to source a installer or return the dishwasher for a full refund, which I'm tempted up do so. If you value your time money and sanity do not use appliances direct or arrowxl.

Terrible, avoid like the plague, worst delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with . Customer service is non existent, why big companies use this "delivery" firm is beyond belief
