SCAM
SCAM. Pretended to be Perplexity and charged me then in next scene they tried to sell something else. Then has several other screens where they were trying to get more upgrades etc. by the time I realized it was not Perplexity then they had already charged my card. They refuse to refund saying they can refund for mistakes. But don’t acknowledge they misled customers to believe they were someone else. TOTAL SCAM. SET UP TO SCAM.

Pointless and expensive - refund request after an hour was ignored quoting their "Policy". In many countries this would be illegal, but they don't give damn for consumer rights. Will try to chase them via credit card company.

Terrible! The first question I asked Askgpt, I got an error that I reached the capacity. 5 minutes after payment, I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund! But they ignored my request. I do not recommend it. Avoid avoid avoid!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. This is a complete fraud website - aligning their logo and branding to fool people into thinking they are getting an ChatGTP account.
