Very Friendly trades man put his camera down the main pipe from the manhole and showed me the condition of the drain pipe running through the house. removed the blockage to the drain gully in front of house managed to get the water to drain away.

Wednesday morning I called about a tap that was not closing properly and a couple of pipes that needed cleaning. The pipes were cleared and I was advised that the best cause of action was to replace the mixer tap and that one could be delivered on Thursday if I accepted the job quote. The form for accepting the job quote glitched and when I submitted again the delivery would not be until Friday morning. The parts were delivered just after 14:15 but I was now told that the engineer would not be able to attend until Monday morning. This leaves us with a tap that is leaking water and no shower over the weekend. They would not even consider offering me a discount for the inconvenience.

The only problem was the booking. I originally booked for Tuesday and was only informed the engineer had not yet got the replacement taps after he was due to arrive.

I had an EICR carried out on the morning of Friday 10th April. On two separate calls to Aspect I was promised 'within 5 working days' and told this would be Thursday 16th April. To date (Friday 17th) I have not received a report. I have had to engage an electrician from another company at further cost. I request a full refund of £196.80 from Aspect.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Moved into a new home and needed a door that met fire safety regulations. Someone came round, fit the new door and left. Only for the door not to close properly, no handle, wasn’t painted and cracks in the door frame. Kept asking for a fire safety certificate, never arrived. Then we proceeded to schedule someone else in to look at the door as it wasn’t closing properly, after 5 attempts of ringing them and scheduling and rescheduling, someone came round and couldn’t believe the work his colleague had done. Said it certainly didn’t meet fire safety regulations despite that’s what we paid for in the first place. Then we had to reschedule the new guy to come round to fit a new door in, agreed a time, didn’t arrive after 4 hours so phoned customer service to ask where he is only for them to tell us he was ill and they can’t send a replacement “as he is the only one who can fit a fire door”. This process has now gone on for 3 months. Worst run company I have ever seen and will certainly never use or recommend them to anyone. I’ll be asking for compensation in due course.

As a former engineer for this company, it’s important to share an honest and factual account of how they operate.
This company is extremely profit driven, often at the expense of both engineers and customers. Engineers are regularly pressured to overcharge clients on materials, while the company takes a large percentage from the labour costs. To make matters worse, any discounts offered to customers are taken directly from the engineer’s pay, not the company’s cut.
Engineers are also subject to unfair financial penalties. For example, if a customer raises a chargeback with their bank, the engineer is immediately deducted for the job and will not be paid, regardless of the time, effort, or money already spent. That money is rarely, if ever, recovered.
There are also deductions related to driving, even in normal situations. For instance, braking suddenly to avoid a potential accident can still be flagged and penalised. These deductions can continue monthly until their system deems your driving acceptable.
On top of this, engineers are charged lead fees for every job assigned, which further reduces earnings. There is clear favouritism in how jobs are allocated, and engineers are often expected to travel unreasonable distances, sometimes up to a 200 mile radius, for jobs that may only take an hour. Refusing these jobs, especially as a new engineer, can result in threats of termination.
All fuel, parking, and travel expenses are covered by the engineer, making long distance jobs even less worthwhile. Additionally, office staff frequently assign jobs to engineers who may not have the appropriate skill set, which creates unnecessary complications on site.
Overall, this is not a fair or supportive company to work for, and customers should be aware of how their pricing is structured.

A credit to Aspect - they are lucky to have an employee like that. Disappointed at the attitude and manner of the member of staff who phoned about 9.00pm for payment the evening the work was finished when I had already given my card details.

Booking online was easy and followed up by calls to confirm everything. Our engineer was Zach - who was prompt, efficient and very personable - keeping us informed as he worked and leaving us confident hed done a great job and successfully resolved the issue as well as checking there werent likely to be any others in the near future. Would recommend and use again. Cheers.

We went with Aspect as we thought the process would be efficient. However the process has led us to pay almost £700 on the initial call out and they have stated that they will not be able to quote for the total job even though they identified the area of the leak. We feel the company thrives on using insurance claims to maximise their costs rather than being efficient. To find and fix a leak is going to cost us more than the install of the bathroom which can not be right

The young man came and left me in a worse position than before. he came to check if I had a leak. And after 3 hours said I did.
He then told me, the loo needed a part for the flush, and for me to order it and he said I would be able to fit it easy. And he said HE would help me if I needed help fitting it, and gave me his phone number.
I ordered the part and my son put it in, the toilet, but the water is running straight into the toilet and this happens when ever I flush it and won’t stop untill I lift the top up and push inside down. I told my son not to worry because I can’t phone the chap he said he would help.
I telephoned the young man, he did not answer, so I texted him. He text back to tell me to change the button and see if that works. I telephoned him and told him my son had gone home and I couldn’t do it and could he come back. He did not answer. So I texted him again and he did not reply. So I’m left with the problem and will have to get another Plummer in to sort it out after paying out £456.30. To his company. And I am an 83 year old lady, I don’t think he knew what to do.

Awful company, avoid at all costs.
I booked a simple survey and had two 'no-shows', each time I kept having to call them for updates, terrible communication (non to be exact).
on the third time I was told I'd be the first job of the day, for me to then call them up midday for an update and they tried to cancel the job for a third time! eventually someone came out around 17:00 to do a basic 15 minute survey..
It's now been a week and they've taken payment but still not send me the survey report.
What should have been a very quick and simple survey & report has taken nearly a month and I still don't have the report.
Terrible company, awful communication, taken money but not delivered the report. DO NOT USE!

Booked EICR, was called on the day as the engineer had no record of the job scope, then I was issued an invoice for dump survey instead and requested to pay more than the quote for the EICR. And a quotation for £1.2K to replace fuse box!
4 days on the phone with them and the correct payment is taken over the phone with the report promised by the end of the day. Still no report and no correct invoice issued!
Upd: finally received a report at the end of day 7. What a mess.
