Purchased the Acre Rollator Ultra Light for my 98 year old mother. She is really enjoying the weight of it especially as it is so light. As a result of a severe water infection her mobility became an issue. Since using the Rollator her posture and balance have improved greatly as has the speed in which she is now walking. She would highly recommend this Rollator to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

Product delivered on time & good price, considering it was ordered over the Easter break this was outstanding. I will certainly use this company again.

Really good advice from assist mobility. I ordered the byACRE and it had been brilliant for me. So light but stable and can carry it with one hand while climbing stairs. I came in a matter of days with plenty of information about delivery. Very friendly and helpful advice on the phone line which helped with my decision

Ordered a rollator which turned out to be out of stock. A very personable and professional team member from customer services phoned me to tell me this, discussed options and recommended an alternative rollator. I opted for the alternative, it was delivered 48 hours later and was better than the original I had selected. The perfect buying experience.

Cancelled order with no explanation or email follow-up, online chat ignored! Their website doesn't allow purchasers who need mobility walkers for their parents without (not) claiming VAT back! Why is this?

I’m new to Assist Mobility and Mobility Aids. I needed advice and these people were so friendly and helpful. They all had knowledge of the products and there was no ‘hard sell’ at all. In fact I doubt any one there would sell you something that wasn’t right for you.
