The Ipswich office at Aston Shaw are…

The Ipswich office at Aston Shaw are amazing. We have used these for quite a few years now and their service is outstanding. We live in Colchester and they always collect and return all of our tax documents. They are so helpful, polite and informative. We would not use anybody else. Highly recommended. Carry on the excellent work 👍

Unprofessional

I had not required the services of an account for many years. So turned to Aston Shaw of Ipswich. Contacted them and was told I would hear back from a specific individual. Nothing.
So I politely prompted the company that I was expecting a response. I eventually got one and was told I would receive a quotation for the work I wanted undertaking "early next week". Nothing.
So again I politely prompted the company and was told by email I would receive the documentation "shortly". Two days later. Nothing.
I wrote to the company again and told them their services were not required.

Very unprofessional. Aston Shaw said "someone will be in touch". Of course, being unprofessional, no-one did get in touch.
