Great appliance had no issues in the 2 years we have had boiler fitted very efficient we notice a massive difference in our heating cost compared to our old boiler.
Customer service is great and quite a lengthy warranty too

No problem boiler

We have had our Atag boiler for two years now and have had no issues. It's quiet and I like that it can be controlled remotely with the app. Also, monthly emails tell me how much heat and hot water used compared to last year at the same time.

Great insaller

The installer quoted accurately, he installed on the agreed day, he was informative and professional giving me clear instruction using the programmable app. He tidied up well, the service the following year was on time and completed professionally keeping the warranty valid.

Great product and great service

Great product and great service. When I had an issue, it was resolved without fuss very quickly and efficiently and that makes a world of difference especially with something as important to a family as a boiler. Cannot recommend enough.

I had reconnection issues between my ATAG thrmostat and APP

I had reconnection issues between my Boiler thermostat and the APP on my phone.
Called ATAG and spoke to Lewis who then sent me an idiots sheet via email, to reconfigure the two.
Within half and hour we were bac

Warranty Call Out

First time of having use the Atag Warranty services and was very impressed with the timely manner it was dealt with. Logged the issued online first thing this morning and then within 4 hours an and engineer had been out and fixed the issue.

We had no hot water

We had no hot water. Rang ATAG and explained the issue. Shortly afterwards got a call to arrange visit which took place two hours later. Problem resolved by helpful engine.
