I have had the Economiser 35 combi for 2 years now and it has been a great investment. Large initial outlay in comparison to others however the savings on bills are huge and the long warranty for me makes it a great decision.
No issues as of yet so I am happy.

Had new boiler now in its 6th year pay for yearly service but it came with 10year guarantee .First major problem I have had and it's so good to call and get a human to speak with !
Was not a straight forward fix but engineer went out of his way so we had not too long for parts (next day) and hopefully now back to being it's usual reliable boiler I hope.

The boiler is very efficient. Instant hot water with good pressure.
Heating also gets to temperature quickly.
Customer care is brilliant to deal with and a great warranty comes with all boilers if serviced.

I have had an ATAG Central Heating boiler for about five years. Recently I had a problem with it due to extremely cold weather, this was quickly rectified by a Central Heating engineer, and it is back to heating my house perfectly again.

Next day service after a late afternoon call for short-cycling fault. The engineer arrived early and was knowledgeable, polite and helped direct us to how to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

We have had to call in the gas safety engineer because our under warranty ATAG boiler developed scorch marks on the exterior of the boiler in a period of only five hours or so. We are waiting to see what the solution is but this seems to be dangerous to me and the Emergency gas safety engineer warned that they would’ve been carbon monoxide released!!
As a follow up, I can’t fault the service from ATAG to get the boiler up and running ASAP, but it still remains a one star review because of how potentially dangerous the failure mechanism was.

We’ve been having an error with our boiler for a few days which cleared with a reset. However it wasn’t permanent, the fault reappeared again. After a call to ATAG call centre a representative was onsite just a few hours later. Absolutely great service.

It’s Jan 2nd. It’s turned exceptionally cold. I can’t get my central heating to work as a consequence of there being some sort of glitch with the company’s software.
Snow is forecast and now it’s Friday evening. I have no idea when I’ll be able to turn the heating on. I was told over the weekend a message could be left on an emergency hot line.
It’s not the first time this has happened. I cannot tell you just how annoying this is…it feels the same as if I’d bought a lift jacket only to find out when putting it on I sink.
I was talked into going with ATAG by a local firm and paid a premium for it.
Do you think I’d would go with ATAG again?

Our Worcester boiler broke down on the 20th of December Which sent us into panic with Christmas only 5 days away However A big thank you to all at Atag for the prompt response from purchase to installation We had a new boiler giving us heating and hot water by the afternoon of the 23rd December This boiler is far superior than the previous one we had It's definitely a five star from us Thank you

Pointed out things previously missed by other engineers and gave advice on how to look after boiler,day to day ,to keep it in good and best efficient condition.

Do not buy their boilers! Absolute shambles of a company the past couple of years.
Stick with the more reputable household brands.
ATAG’s warranties and after sales aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.
