Called Atag local engineer on a Friday morning, was told needed new valve. Contacted Atag, originally an appointment was made for following Monday. Then got a call to say Atag Engineer could call on the Friday afternoon. Perfect service. Really can’t fault quickness and attitude of engineer.

I emailed ATAG as my boiler had an issue. They sent someone out within 48 hours of the contact. Tommy who was a very professional and highly skilled technician from Harvey’s diagnosed the problem and changed the parts and left where he worked like he had never been here. Very nice experience indeed I can honestly say it exceeded all expectation the service was brilliant.

AVOID ATAG get a vaillant or a viessmann
The boiler itself is good it's the small issue of you need ATAG installers afterwards. They tell you any gas safe engineer can work on it, yea good luck finding one, spoken over a dozen they don't want to know as soon they find out it's an ATAG.
My local ATAG installer is completely unreliable so now I'm left with a boiler leaking water, the condensate trap seems to be a weak point it's leaked a few times and yet again the ATAG installer is not returning my calls.
I have call & message logs on my phone to prove this, and I've always given him plenty of notice it's not like I'm expecting him to drop everything and come here, I work in electrical installations myself I know what it's like juggling installs and callbacks etc. I never ever leave my customers hanging like this it's utterly ridiculous.
ATAG dont want to know, they won't supply me with other installers in my area.
It's a headache I just don't need, my boilers 6 years old and I'm going to have it replaced with a valiant, I'm done with this.

After the boiler losing pressure at random times the engineer narrowed this down to a air purge valve, replaced and fixed very professionally and also followed up with a check call.. great service.

The engineer was really good, nothing was to much, reason it’s not a 5 is because I always seem to get an issue with the boiler when I get it serviced.

Had a boiler pump problem which was covered by the Atag guarantee. It was repaired swiftly and effectively by Atag contractor. Even after a minor hiccup, the engineer wouldn't give up till all was working properly again. Full marks to him. Very satisfied tenant and landlord! (p.s., I'm in u.k., not u.s. as trustpilot suggests!)😊

From the first report of a fault on my ATAG boiler the team were fantastic. No waiting in long queues, no background music just well trained caring staff who were competent and concerned. They followed up on my calls , they checked with the contract company making sure they kept the appointments, reported back to me at every point and kept me updated. A special mention for the representative from the technical team, unfortunatley I cannot name him but I hope he reads this review and realises how much I appreciated his endeavours on my behalf. Such a rare thing nowadays to find a wonderful caring company,Atag but especially one employee,Kenny,in sales ,I had to buy an replacement battery for my Atag thermostat,at 75 years old I'm not confident buying on line Kenny was so polite and caring and helped every step of the way and said I would receive it the next day ,well through no fault of Atag it didn't arrive Dpd hadn't picked up , but it came the following day ,and the biggest surprise was they sent me the most beautiful flowers to apologize for the inconvenience,thankyou Kenny and Atag

Very friendly people and engineers. We had to have three visits as sadly the second engineer forgot, in his haste, to turn the return valve so we were without heating for 4 days! Apart from that error, everyone
was superb
