website was wasy to use, was able to get sizes that aren't available easily at most stores. good quality timber, reasonably priced. delivered on time and well packaged. would definitely use again for future projects.

Moulding arrived very quickly and was exactly as pictured and described.

Good response and pushed back on their supplier when needed but could have communicated and kept me updated better. It lead to a week delay on a replacement door.

First delivery over a year ago was on time, with good communication and the wood quality was exceptional. Second delivery to private address was packaged perfectly, not a single dent anywhere, packaged like it was made of glass. Again superb, first choice for wood - thank you.

To date, I have only received 1 of 2 packages. Phoned Atlantic Timber and was told that the person who deals with deliveries wasn’t available but he would phone me back. This never happened. Meanwhile, I received an email from DX saying that the missing package is out for delivery. I have given Atlantic Timber 2 stars as the timber that I have received is good quality, but otherwise I’d only give them 1 star.

I have been a customer of Atlantic Timber for the past 3 years. They are a reputable, family run enterprise and offer highly efficient/outstanding customer service. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable and the turnaround on materials is swift. Their products are of top quality, I've never experienced any issues with delivery and they arrive and are offloaded in pristine condition. I would recommend Atlantic Timber to any prospective customer and look forward to buying from them again, in due course.

I order all my sheet goods through Atlantic timber and the service from Liam and the staff in the workshop is always faultless. If pieces have ever been delivered damaged they are replaced the same day. If I collect in person the lads in the workshop always cut to size to make manoeuvring the sheets easier.

The staff are very helpful and polite. I shop mostly in the Trade part of Alantic Timber with Liam great prices top notch service. So customer service is above and beyond, highly recommended

First class service from everyone at Atlantic Timber, starting with the really helpful and knowledgeable staff at the tills and then to the workshop team who produce very precise work.
The prices are really competitive, particularly with a trade account. The cutting service is very useful and reasonably priced too.
The buildings have recently been updated and the whole place seems to be well organised.
