Easy to order online and a brilliant selection of wood to chose.
I have bought a few pieces of pine window sill, and the quality and the price is great.
The staff on the counter are very helpful and polite.
The place offers a large variety of building supplies, from fixings to timber etc.
Definitely I will go again back if I need any kind of wood.

First delivery over a year ago was on time, with good communication and the wood quality was exceptional. Second delivery to private address was packaged perfectly, not a single dent anywhere, packaged like it was made of glass. Again superb, first choice for wood - thank you.

To date, I have only received 1 of 2 packages. Phoned Atlantic Timber and was told that the person who deals with deliveries wasn’t available but he would phone me back. This never happened. Meanwhile, I received an email from DX saying that the missing package is out for delivery. I have given Atlantic Timber 2 stars as the timber that I have received is good quality, but otherwise I’d only give them 1 star.

I have been a customer of Atlantic Timber for the past 3 years. They are a reputable, family run enterprise and offer highly efficient/outstanding customer service. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable and the turnaround on materials is swift. Their products are of top quality, I've never experienced any issues with delivery and they arrive and are offloaded in pristine condition. I would recommend Atlantic Timber to any prospective customer and look forward to buying from them again, in due course.

I order all my sheet goods through Atlantic timber and the service from Liam and the staff in the workshop is always faultless. If pieces have ever been delivered damaged they are replaced the same day. If I collect in person the lads in the workshop always cut to size to make manoeuvring the sheets easier.

The staff are very helpful and polite. I shop mostly in the Trade part of Alantic Timber with Liam great prices top notch service. So customer service is above and beyond, highly recommended

The prices are really competitive, particularly with a trade account. The cutting service is very useful and reasonably priced too.
The buildings have recently been updated and the whole place seems to be well organised.

Richard was really helpful when we asked for his advice when buying LPD doors. He was very thorough and explained all the accessories we needed to fit them, such as the correct handles, locks etc. Thank you.

I ordered some Melanie wood to build a kitchen cabinets. One of the offcuts was packed poorly and came loose during transit which damaged the larger sheet.

A partial refund was agreed which to date I still don't have, even after chasing three times and im now being ignored.

They only seem to be interested in taking your money.

i was trying to match up some dado rail id bought from a local diy store years ago, the store still sold it but it was very expensive, so i looked around. Found this company who had it at an incredible price. thought it was too good to be true but it wasn't. I purchased what i needed at 1\4 of the price and wasn't disappointed. Great quality, arrived on time, great communication. I'd definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much for making my decorating so much easier (and cheaper)

Outstanding customer service from Atlantic timber -there had been some confusion regarding my order but it was resolved straight away and Atlantic timber went over and above to provide the material I needed fast and efficiently. This was my first purchase, and even though we are not local to them, the range of products and customer service mean it won't be my last. I would add that the attention to detail when packing my order, and the quality of the packaging used, was first class and provided top notch protection ensuring everything arrived in pristine condition!

The can't be arsed attetude from the sales staff is a constant deterrent for me to go there, however; I have to occasionally, they never fail to meet my negative expectations.

the customer service at Atlantic timber is superb.
All the staff are extremely friendly and approachable and they all have extremely good product knowledge.

The machining from guys in the workshop is outstanding , both in the accuracy of the cuts and in the quality of the sheet materials they stock. I would highly recommend Atlantic Timber to other woodworkers, especially to those who want everything cut to size, so they can just, collect it , take it onsite and its all ready to assemble.
