Amsterdam registration

I tried to register for the Amsterdam half marathon. The website repeatedly crashed despite having a queuing system. Other people reported they were able to bypass the queue, which explains why my position in the queue would frequently go up as well as down. Once we made it through the queue, the website would frequently crash again, and we would have to restart the process. The payment gateway also repeatedly failed and rejected most of the cards we tried. The whole process took me two hours and 22 minutes.

Very user friendly ticketing system

I participated to the Amstelveen half marathon this year and I had a great experience using Atleta's ticketing system. The resale process went very smoothly and I was able to update my details and bib information very easily. It was also very easy to receive the organizer's information and new ticket through the portal.
