Consistently great quality

I now have over 10 cupshe swimsuits as I live near the beach and swim daily.The quality, fit and pricing is excellent, I have not been disappointed with any products including beach coverups.
I've found the fit true to size and the fabrics always great quality.

I have made a few purchases now from Cupshe. I love them all. This last time I purchased a gorgeous bikini set. Time before a one piece. Both fitted well, true to size and arrived to my door in timely manner.

My parcel got lost in the mail

My parcel got lost in the mail, and they refunded me quickly for the items that were out of stock, and had a replacement package sent out quickly. Very impressed by the service, and how quick they were to respond.

Love this red bikini

Love this red bikini! I have the same in blue but with the high waisted pants. I think I prefer the high waisted. The colour is gorgeous and the bikini top fits well, gives me a bust and is very flattering.

Disappointed the…

I am so disappointed I have ordered the same dress twice — it was def not accurate sizing so while I organised to return first one I ordered another in different size it was also poorly fitting, uneven hems and generally not what was expected. In the meantime I cannot find a depot to take the return items too and Australia post won’t use the return label. Soo now I have paid for two items and am stuck with both but they are no good to me.

About the sizing and fit – We sincerely apologize that both dresses didn’t fit as expected. Our design and quality teams continuously work to make our sizing as accurate as possible according to the size guide based on average body measurements. However, due to variations in fabric and individual body shapes, the fit may feel slightly different for each style. Your feedback about the uneven hems and fit has been forwarded to our product team for review and improvement.

Regarding the return location – If you are unable to find a drop-off point, please contact our Customer Service Team directly. They will assist you with the correct return address and guide you through the process to ensure a smooth return.

About the return label issue with Australia Post – Please note that when applying for a return label through our official website, we support both Sendle and Australia Post as shipping options. If Australia Post did not accept your label, our support team can reissue it or provide an alternative method for you.

Lastly，we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check it at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon!

Love love love

Bought 3 bikinis thinking one might fit but loved them all! Great high rise bikinis to hide the mum tum. Really comfy, beautifully made with lining. One very happy customer.

Good quality

Products are actually good quality and match the size charts.
I expected cheap junk, but was very happy to find out I was wrong.
Bought some bathers and dresses for a summer holiday. Very happy and will purchase from here again.

Items were as pictured, shipping was done in a timely manner, refund/returns process for one item that wasn't my style was smooth.

Items weren't super high quality but I didn't expect that.
