My grandkids love it

Still waiting for 1/2 of my order since I logged the missing item on 17th of December 2024. At first they were responsive but haven’t heard from them since 22nd of December, have sent two follow up emails and no reply.

I didn’t receive my full order and when trying to communicate with the company have not received any correspondence back. Honestly, I’m so annoyed and think it’s awful from the adventure challenge.

I ordered the family book over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. On top of this my multiple e-mails are not being answered. It was intended to be a Christmas present.
The lack of communication is unacceptable.

Nothing arrived. Bought for Christmas present and nothing turned up. So disappointed.

Ordered two copies of the Solo edition for me and my sister. Arrived promptly, but so far the challenges have been a letdown. Three of five that have been revealed have involved "FaceTime a friend", "go to a friend's house", and the reason why the Solo edition was chosen was specifically so that these challenges could be done despite our lack of friends. Another has involved going up and speaking to a stranger, which is impossible for me, being nonverbal. Glad we got the books on discount since they'll probably be used up in a day with the amount of tasks we can't do properly.

This deck of cards really helped me build intimacy and to have more fun with my husband of ten years. I recommend it to any couple who wants to have more interesting sex after a long time together.

Books were delivered in time for Christmas gifts.

Second time I've purchased, this time was a gift that I had sent to someone else. I gave the wrong address and customer service was so quick to respond and redirect the parcel, even though it was during the busy xmas period and i was at fault.
Really impressed both times, the quality is amazing and the price is definitely worth it.

Excellent communication. Prompt delivery. We did have an item missing when product arrived, but customer service was excellent to communicate with and promptly corrected the order.

The books seem nice.
I’m disappointed that two of the three I ordered don’t have sticky strips for photos.
I was really looking forward to easily documenting our journeys.
Now I will have to mess around with glue or something.
I am also having a hard time finding contact information on the website and on Facebook.

ordered December 4th - asked to review Jan 2nd despite still not receiving product. Contacted organisation via website December 18th with no response whatsoever.
