I had a comfortable, informative and useful session with Nick, in the Loughton office of Hidden Hearing. I was re-instructed in better care of my hearing-aids, shown colour pictures of my tympanic membranes, etc, with minimal wax in canals. Aware of professional approach and confident that I was being treated well, having myself earlier apologised in advance by phone that I would be a few minutes late for my appointment. Fortunately the next customer hadn't arrived when I left. I look forward to next appt., which is unlikely to be required for a further ?12 months. David Whiteford

Another brilliant experience at Hidden Hearing, Loughton branch, today. Had initial audiology appointment with Sue who gave me professional, clear and concise advice. Very empathic and lovely lady. Then they managed to accommodate an eat syringe, during the same visit. I always see a brilliant lady called Wendy, she’s excellent. Puts you at ease and is very skilled. I’ve always experienced a lot of discomfort with NHS ear appointments but Wendy is very careful and gentle. If you’re looking for ear care specialists in Loughton these are definitely the ladies to go and see. I’ve been a patient for about 3 years now and they always impress me! Thank you both!

Recently visited Hidden Hearing as my partner was in severe pain with what turned out to be a blocked ear. We were seen by Wendy who was very efficient and caring, so much so I had my ears checked there and then and subsequently cleared a week or so later, excellent service.

Can’t fault any of the team. Everyone was so kind & helpful, from wax removal for my nan to fitting her with a new hearing aid, they went above and beyond! They even helped me with my own ear problems. Won’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone!

A hearing test was conducted and the graph was shown to me so I could see a slight deterioration from a year ago . But it could be that a cough and cold I recently had may have been the reason.
Asked if my aids are still ok I said yes, hence no need for new upgraded ones yet. An appt was made for next year and at present no further action was required.

Wendy was nice to talk to very good at her job would recommend to any 1 who has a earing problem I was so happy when Wendy done my ears she gave me back my hearing thank u Wendy keep the good work up

recently had the pleasure of receiving an ear waxing treatment and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, hygienic, and surprisingly comfortable. I read about hidden hearing and wanted to explore more and seek advice about the hearing clarity with my already existing ear problems. Loughton was also local to my area. The audiology lady SUE LOVETT was just EXCELLENT and caring then and afterwards. Her professionalism was super and knowledgeability excellent. I feel confident and would strongly recommend Sue at the Loughton branch.
