Very polite and helpful

I have been using Hidden Hearing in Loughton, Essex for a few years now. I trust Wendy completely when Micro suctioning my ears. She is so gentle and thorough and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else to have this done. Absolutely excellent service. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my visit and especially since I bought hearing aids and am very pleased with them. The lady who tested my hearing and sold me the hearing aids was very helpful. I got tge hearing aids and there was a discount which really helped me

I took my elderly mother for a new hearing test and saw Nick. He was extremely patient with her and explained everything to us both. There was no hard sell. Gave us alternatives of different devices. Very reassuring. Excellent care & service. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Hidden Hearing in Loughton. Wendy was excellent and highly professional.

The practitioner was friendly and very professional.
She explained about the procedure for removing ear wax and the method used before carrying out the action. She used great care during the process and showed me the photos taken before and after the procedure as testament to the result.

My follow up appointment was great. It’s so reassuring to know I’m getting regular check-ups. My hearing aids were adjusted after my hearing test showed how much change there had been and they are as good as new with speech and tv sounding really clear again. So helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you.
