Lovely grounds but some common areas…
Lovely grounds but some common areas not as good as hoped (E.g.carpet in dining room). Also quite expensive for those not wishing to make use of all facilities. Nevertheless a beautiful place.

We visited 3 Audley Villages and all were very nice.
We visited 3 Audley Villages, just on spec, and the Sales Managers at all the Villages were very nice and very helpful. We could not have received a better welcome from each of them even if we had made appointments. We also liked all three Villages, but we are still deciding how we want to proceed for the future.

The brochure was excellent, containing answers to most of my questions with key facts and costs.
Lyn Fulker the Sales Consultant was very professional and friendly and spent 2 hours with me.

What a great Living eye opener
Our visit was very enjoyable opened our eyes to a fine living every thing you could ask for. When we saw the two bedroom cottage it was just what we wanted. We have such a lot to think about in our late life It would be so comfortable.

I enjoyed my visit to Audley village, the gentleman who took me round was informative, friendly and supportive.
The facilities are of a very high standard. Comfortable lounges which are relaxing and peaceful. A lovely restaurant which would be a nice to eat in. Activities and pastimes to enjoy. In the main a great place to live

Astonishingly well appointed complex
Astonishingly well appointed complex.
The highest standard of fit out everywhere, and attention to detail apparent for all to see. Delightful decor and colour throughout.
The show flat was remarkably light filled and spacious - the kitchen was very cleverly designed for easy of operation. The second bedroom could one day be for a carer living on.

Very good community facilities and very friendly staff.
I am looking for a large single bedroom and living room with a patio or veranda and a walk in shower. I would prefer to have access to a Bistro in the evenings.
What is available outside of the complex is also important and its accessibility.
