Very impressed first visit.
My wife and I are making initial forays into the possibility of downsizing and moving to a retirement village. Close friends' very positive experience of an Audley village led us to visiting the nearest one to our home. The sales person who showed us around could not have been more helpful, friendly and open. We were very impressed with the whole village set up, the quality and spaciousness of everything and the beautifully maintained gardens in which it is set.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She was also conscious of the needs of my dad and offered a wheelchair and pushed him round to the prospective properties.

I’ve been to three different Audley Villages, Sunningdale, Coopers Hill and Stanbridge Earls.
All three were superb at making you feel it was your next step to a comfortable retirement, in the most lovely settings.
The knowledge of the staff and sales people were perfect and we came away feeling totally confident that whichever we chose would be a marvelous future.
I would recommend them totally to anyone I know.

Visit to Audley Seacroft Park.
We were shown around the development by Lewis Simms who put us at ease right from the very start of the visit. We were shown around all the communal areas, including swimming pool, gym and bar area which had all been beautifully restored. Lewis then took us to see one of the current apartments which was beautifully laid out and being new was in pristine condition.
Overall we found the visit to Audley Seacroft Park extremely useful to decide if this type of retirement living is for you, unfortunately it is not for us as it is too far from where we currently live and have many friends but if it suits you, and it will for many, you will find a beautiful property in manicured gardens to spend the rest of your days.

We visited Audley with a 5-10 year plan in mind. We were very impressed with the facilities and accommodation. Certainly gave us a lot to think about and a relief to know such options are available.

Would not touch this outfit with a barge pole. They blitz you with direct marketing even though you are on the mailing preference service. Any respectable company would respect that and refrain from sending direct marketing. Ergo Audley Villages is not respectable, and thus would be the last place I would take my custom!
