Lack of Responsiveness, Canceled & No-Show to Multiple Meetings

We have been trialing different AI Scribe Solutions for a mid-sized hospital system. We have attempted to trial Augmedix, however, the sales team is unresponsive. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Augmedix staff have canceled zoom meetings last minute and even no-showed to one meeting. We would love to trial their products, but if their sales team is any indication of their product quality, it would not be a fruitful venture.
