Over the top customer service. Even though I sent the request for help on Sunday night, I got a tremendous amount of information that was extremely helpful in resolving my issue.

My A1c dropped almost a half point in three months. My doctor got me off of my blood pressure medication and my cholesterol is lower than it’s been in 15 years.

To start with, I ordered pomegranate concentrate, and what I got was amla, which is indian gooseberry.
I didnt order that.
Cancel any further orders.
I know what pomegranate does, no idea what indian gooseberry does.
Unhappy camper here.
Waste of money imo.

I had taken advantage of the buy 3 get 2 free pomegranate which started an automatic subscription for 3 more bottle every 2 months. After my first 3 bottle of the subscription arrived I had a 6 month supply so sent a message to their customer service email and asked to have a pause on the subscription. Within 6 hours I had a positive response which really impressed me. Now when I run low, I will be able to reinstate the subscription and continue receiving this product.

I was amazed at the time you fixed everything, it happened so fast and I was shocked to see the money back in my bank account.Thank you so much I really appreciated it.

They will not cancel my order I get charged $40 a month for something I do not want it doesn't even work!

My experience with using this company was exceptional. I wasn't able to use the product due to a medical condition and was refunded promptly. I definitely recommend this company. Excellent customer service!

Oh my another predatory scam. I can’t find any way to cancel it. I keep getting it. I don’t know what to do. There’s no phone number there’s nobody to talk to You get no answer…. scummy scummy business.
