Was shipping too often

Was shipping too often, was going to cancel, but they offered to adjust for ever 2 months shipment. And is refunding and stopping this months shipment...response was very quick...

Awesome Support team

At first, I had an error in double ordering by mistake. That was resolved in less than 24 hours, amazing! Second was a reoccurring subscription which I didn’t realize I had signed up for, but purchased enough product for four months and asked if I could be removed from the renewal and I would purchase further if I required. And again less than 24 hours later, received an email saying it was canceled! Awesome support team.

I had cancelled my subscription, but another Amla was billed to me. I reached out to customer support and Sarah was able to cancel the order before it processed. Great job, Sarah!

I ordered this under Alevia

I ordered this under Alevia. I CANCELED this order a couple of months ago. I just received 3 more under the name Auniva. I do not want them. How do I return the 3 bottles you sent plus the 2 unopened bottles from the first order. Please credit my account and do NOT send any more to me. Please advise.
