Absolutely brilliant company. They were the cheapest for Blundstone/Redback boots I could find and to top it off their customer service, speed of shipping and quality of packing were excellent. I'd highly recommend buying from these guys...and follow them on social media too. Thank You Shoeland

Shoeland provide a great service. The online transaction was simple to use. The shoes arrived quickly and were great quality. They also seemed to be the best price around, beating eBay and Amazon by a mile. And because it was children’s shoes, they added a surprise packet of sweets to the order, which was lovely. Have already recommended them to quite a few people. Will also be using them again in the future

Excellent customer service. I ordered boots for my husband for Christmas but they were to small- I had no trouble sending them back and getting a new size in a matter of days. Amanda at the other side of the email was very helpful and took care of my returns.

You can’t go too far wrong with these guys. Great products, great customer service and one very happy customer. My last pair of boots that I bought from them lasted eight years (and counting) and I expect no less for this next pair.

What a great company I needed a pair of Blunderstones for a photo shoot. I called the company to ensure they had stock and to see if they could get them to me on time. I also asked some advice on sizing. The fit was perfect, the boots were with me for 9am (ordered 2pm the day before). I would highly recommend Shoeland what a nice pleasure to get such great service. Plus I absolutely love the boots.

I'm not one for posting reviews but now and again a company goes a little out of their way and it makes a big difference. I was contacted by email to tell me a product I had enquired about was now available in my size and had been reserved for me if I still wanted it. The customer service was second to none, my payment taken swiftly, goods dispatched and arrived within 48hrs. I even found a little tube of sweets packed in with my boots to say thank you!
Needless to say I will be recommending them and using them myself again. Thank you.

It is rare to be able to genuinely say that a business is excellent. In this case, excellent applies to Shoeland. Professional, informative, helpful and very friendly. Shoeland nows their stuff and walked me through personal considerations in my boot choice. But most importantly was their outstanding after sales service. The true test. Brilliant.

Ordered a pair of boots on line, they arrived promptly and with the added surprise of a packet of chocolate! Will certainly use company again, and appreciated the added touch of putting their names of the team on the front of their website, gives it more a personal touch :)

When it was time for a new pair of Blundstones I didn't hesitate to shop at Shoeland again. My many queries about the different styles were all answered thoroughly and when the pair I received needed to be returned, the staff at Shoeland very quickly sent a replacement pair. Those who know me will know that I am slow to praise and somewhat careful with my cash. That I have just purchased my fifth pair of Blundstone boots from Shoeland should speak volumes.. Shoeland excel in open, friendly communication and advice. No mere box-pushers, these guys actually wear and endorse the boots they sell, and the advice that they give you in terms of sizing and styles should ensure that you get the boots that you want in the size that you need, first time.. If not, fear not, exchanges are dealt with with courtesy and speed. I recently ordered a pair in a style outside of my usual norm, and upon receipt and trying them on, I decided that they "weren't quite for me". A quick call to explain the situation and my desire to exchange them for yet another pair of my usual style was met with total understanding..

New to Blundstone's? Don't hesitate, they are a fine pair of boots, super comfortable from the off, back to the highest standards of quality control, built to last and easily maintained. They have a timeless quality of design and, like a favoured Barbour jacket or a well fitting pair of 501's, they just get better with age.. For the first time buyer into the range, I would recommend a classic pair of leather lined 550's. For your second pair (and trust me, it won't be long) maybe a pair of slightly lighter un-lined 500's or a pair of the lovely two-tone black/red 1316's or black/blue 1403's..

As an unashamed enthusiast of a well-fitting pair of Blunnies, and a supporter of small, family centred, polite retailers, I have no reason to go anywhere but Shoeland for future purchases. Recommended without reservation…

Each year I buy my sons Blundstone from Shoeland, each year they pop a packet of sweeties in the box which he is obviously loves.

This year I left it late as we were on holiday and the company made a huge effort to get them out very quickly. I called them and was blown away by their customer service, they went out of their way to be as helpful and possible. Service like this is very rare these days, many thanks Amanda and Sue, your a credit to your company....and the boots looks really cool.

I've just bought my 4th pair of Redbacks. These are to put away for when my 3rd pair wear out in 5 years or more from now. The best boots anywhere. So instantly comfortable. Great support. Cushioned so you fly....Warm in the cold; cool in the heat; ride/walk/go to town/rough ground/snow/puddles. Just give them some dubbin every so often. Great that they've hardly changed in the last 15 years. All my friends and family are so bored with my boot bragging.

Shoeland - what a discovery. Thought I'd have to wait till my next trip to Oz. Lovely people - real people.

This is the 3rd time I have shopped at shoe land and they are consistently 1st class I will carry on using this company whenever I need new boots

What a wonderful customer experience. I bought two pairs of Blundstones a couple of years ago from Shoeland. They have been brilliant. The thinsulate fleecy linings and rubber soles are perfect for the ice and snow and have cured my chilblain problems! But the boots are so light, they also make perfect walking boots. And then, there is the customer service. Pete and colleagues could not be more helpful, advising on colour, fit and sending orders through so quickly. They make you feel like you are a local….if only every online store had tho standard of service!!!

I have bought many pairs of blundstones from them over the years. They have a great choice and when I mixed up an order, it got sorted without fuss and a smile (over the telephone). They even put little sweet packets for children's deliveries. Its a pleasure buying online from them.
