Customer Service

I had trouble changing the language on my device so I decided to email and ask for help. They respond back within 1 hour and got me a solution!

Maxicheck language change

I recently bought my MaxiCheck mx808 device which is a must have and awesome tool. While I had a problem with the language I contacted the online service, they were impressively responsive. I was able to change the language of my device. it’s an amazing tool

MaxiLink Language change

I recently bought my MaxiLink device which is a must have and awesome tool. While I had a problem with the language I contacted the online service and guess what, they were impressively responsive. they assisted me and lo and behold, I was able to change the language of my device.
This device works with a large variety model of cars; it’s an amazing tool and every single car owner should have it.

Excellence of Customer Support

I have had my Diaglink device for a few years now. I recently purchased a VAG file but had an issue downloading.

I contacting the Autel customer service via their Chat facility and had an immediate response. The customer support was excellent and my issue resolved.

With regards to the functionality of this device, it too has been excellent.

Autel Diagnostic, superb solution!

Been using an Autel Diagnostic device for over 3 years now and it has been the most complete solution. It has helped me to diagnose a vast variety of issues and errors within vehicles and target them appropriately.

Autel diagnostic devices provide extensive information and help you target any problems with vehicles efficiently. Also the support team has been superb whenever i have had to reach out to them, quick and precise answers only.

Overall I would highly recommend Autel devices and online service to anyone who's looking for a complete
diagnostic solution.
