Very easy to join

Very easy to join. No hassle, just enter your details. The Auto Aid app is easy to download and access too. A great price for what appears to be excellent cover.

Not used for 20 years, then needed AutoAid twice in one day!

I had AutoAid for some 20 years and not needed them.
But today I had a blown caravan tyre some 200 miles from home. Ok, I had a spare. The recovery guy was quick, polite and very helpful.
But what impressed me most was the way AutoAid contacted me every 15 minutes or so to ensure I was safe and check progress of the recovery team. First class.
Then, just 9 miles from home a second caravan puncture, but this time no spare tyre as it was already in use. A recovery truck was with me in 45 minutes and the caravan was safely delivered home.
What a day, two punctures in one day! And both times excellent service from AutoAid.
It’s good to have them when it is needed most!
Really pleased.
Thank you.

Cowboys

I couldn’t gain access to my vehicle due to a flat battery. I had inadvertently left the lights on the previous day.
Assured in the knowledge that I was covered by the excellent AutoAid breakdown services, I reported my breakdown via their website as instructed.
Shortly afterwards I received a call from Call Assist, who apparently handle the breakdowns.
I was informed that due to the age of my vehicle, 09 regd, the vehicle was not covered due to its age.
I asked if the Policy was actually running, and was told it was.
I asked how they could take my money and say I wasn’t covered.
I was advised that I would have to take that up with AutoAid.
Call Assist offered to send someone out for a fee of £120, which I declined.
I have been with AutoAid for some eight years, and, foolishly, renewed the Policy when offered it each year, without checking the small print.
Surely AutoAid have systems in place that highlights such ineligible vehicles.
After this experience, AutoAid have gone from hero to zero.
The word Cowboys comes to mind.

Breakdown cover with a difference

Fortunately I haven't actually had to use the breakdown service yet, but a friend has, and she highly recommends.
Cover for two drivers, at a very competitive price. You have to be able to cover the breakdown cost initially which doesn't suit everyone, but then you reclaim it.
Website etc. very easy to use.

I’ve been with Autoaid for some years now and have always had first class service. Over the years there have been a few breakdowns and all have been dealt with professionally. From the first call to contact them the situation is handled with efficiency and as quick as possible.

Excellent customer service

I renewed my breakdown cover with autoaidbreakdown.co.uk because they offer very good value for money. On one occasion several years ago I had to use their service and they were very good. The recovery agent was friendly, kind and very helpful. Excellent customer service.
