The wrong part was sent...Again!! STAY CLEAR
The wrong part was sent...Again. this isn't the first time. Im sure they just grab the nearest part and place it in a box. Complete waste of time and I will NEVER use autodoc again. I waited for over a week to get the part for my Ford Escort, and a part for a FIAT/lada/NOVA turns up. The company is useless. The ONLY good part is they have actually sent a return slip and postage label.

Please be informed that tires are sent directly from the supplier and the availability on the website not always updated on time . You placed order on 23.05.2026 and on 25.05.2026 we were informed that tyres are not available. We tried to contact with you 3 times, but as we didn’t get a reply the order was cancelled.
You got system letter about the parcel on 26.05.2026 due to the mistake, if you check the tracking information you will see that nothing was sent.
Money was refunded to you.
If you still need tires, please check for some other alternative variants.

I ordered two canister of Motul oil
I ordered two canister of Motul oil. Unfortunately, one of the canister did not meet factory standards: it lacked a QR code, and the back label had no information printed underneath it. Customer support responded that one canister came from an official supplier, while the other—as they put it—came from a "verified supplier." Regrettably, after a long period of doing business with them, I am compelled to discontinue making purchases on this website.

We are sorry that you have such opinion about our service.
As we see, we informed you that oils that you got are from different suppliers but both are certified and sourced oil directly from the manufacturer.
Please be informed that the absence of a QR code on a canister does not mean the oil is counterfeit. The presence of a QR code depends entirely on the year of production and the manufacturer. Motul introduced its digital authentication system with QR codes relatively recently and not in all markets at the same time.
If you have an older canister (produced before the widespread introduction of QR codes in a particular region) or a batch intended for markets where this marking system is not yet mandatory, it should not have had a QR code.

We ordered correct parts for our Rexton SUV
Rear tailgate struts PERFECT.
Front bonnet struts
When fitted and you try to open bonnet. You have 4 to 5" room to get to engine
Live chat for Late March, all April, and May.
Still getting the run around.
Offered vouchers and replacement struts. They send the Monroe ones again. Then offer to send a different make that will fit our SUV.
Claims close case stating not enough information or proof sent by us.
We have supplied Pictures, make and model of original struts. Dimensions of original and still the give us run around.
Very unhappy with customer service and live chat. Chat will say anything to get you to go away .
