Usually no problems, reliable. Once we had to call them when rental company was missing information, must say that AutoEurope was not really motivated to help, they tried to get rid of us, I simply handed the phone to the car rental agent and let them solve it, you have to be assertive, service is not really the middle name nor fame of intermediaires. On the other hand, we had problems with Hertz + AVIS where we rented directly as well....
