Good delivery of the car, Marco was very nice.

Everything was clear from the first click on the website, through the bureaucracy explenetions on the phone and in emails, up to the key exchange with the driver.
The driver was especially kind, patient, and helped me with evry little thing I wanted to know.

Fastest ever. 2 business days after I completed the payment, I got my car.

I was informed perfectly on all steps. Even with the imperfection on the car.

Process to purchase and get the car was very clear, every step performed on time, even get a hand-written postcard from them to congratulate me on my acquisition. Car delivered at home, super clean, step-by-step control… If the car rides as well as their service is running, I don not have to be worried at all.

Bought a Citroen C3 Picasso at Autohero. Process is really simple and the delivery was even a whole week ahead of the estimation. Car was clean and in the described condition. Handover went smooth (Thanks Peer).

Received my car from Autohero NL today. From paying to delivery was 1 week. Daniel (contact person) and Peer (delivery person) were both very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date with the delivery progress. Really happy with the service so far. Never thought buying a car online only will be a thing, but these guys are doing it right. Now for the 21 days/500km test period.

Super-fast delivery. Ordered the car on Friday night, delivered on Thursday: within 4 working days including all the paperwork required for transfer. The gentlemen (Peter) from AutoHero who delivered the car, explained step by step what he has checked and what our rights are in the following 21 days in case we are not satisfied. What we thought a risky and stressful journey (ordering a car only without even seeing it) turned out to be a smooth one.

It is a cool way of buying your car. Everything went smoothly and they delivered the car at the delivery time. The only thing I can complain is that the car was so dirty under the hood and tailboard.

Edit: After this comment, they contacted me right away and arranged a cleaning in front of my house. The cleaning company did its job and I am now fully satisfied with not only my car and also the customer service of Autohero.

Less than 2 weeks since the purchase, the engine failure alaram appeared. The brake kept making noise. Even the wipers didn't work.

Was the car even properly checked before selling?

Filed a complain and then put the car in a garage to fix. Wasting so much time and got stressed.

Then same problems happened only a few weeks later after hearing "everything is okay and safe". Nothing fixed.

I had to stop a car on the sideroad today. Now the engine seems totally messed.

I cannot deal with this anymore. Please take my car back and get my money back.

Great service, they worked around my busy schedule and Karina helped me with all of my questions. When there was a miscommunication about delivery they offered me great alternatives and delivered the next day. The delivery was awesome, Emile did a great job!
