No Spare Tire
The rental experience was good. However, we had a tire blow out on the A1 from Rome. Roadside assistance was needed as the car did not have a spare tire. Was forced to pay for towing and a new tire, which Autovia said I would be re-imbursed for, but have not been.
The employee, Francesca, was super helpful during the tire issue, but was not working the day I returned the car so not sure the paperwork for getting a refund on the tire and towing was completed properly.

Thoroughly professional service
Rome Fiumicino. A first class, professional attitude and service from beginning to end. No hard sell for extras and after being offered a petrol car, I asked if I could change to a diesel car. This was no problem. Very polite staff. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Pleasant, efficient well-trained staff - can't be said of many other car hire companies in Rome. I'll definitely book again.

Autovia was great! Will rent from them again when we return.
Everything about our experience with the car rental was great. The customer service reps were very helpful, the car was very nice. The only issue we had was finding the rental counter. The signage was not great and we struggled to locate the counter. Other than that, it was a great experience. Grazie Mille!

Everything was good
Everything was good. Fast check in, good car conditions, good servicies. We chose full coverage insurance at the rental office. Fortunately, when terribly bad guys broke the front window of the car and stole our carriers in Pisa, we can exchange car at the office in Pisa airport easily, and could continue our trip.
