I took my great grandmother's ring to be repaired. There was a lack of communication throughout. I was told one date, it was missed, then another, which was also missed... each time I had to chase for an update. When I finally got the ring back, the repairs were quite rough. It no longer looks the same. They did give me a 10% discount.

I went to Autumn and May for a ring resize - they were so welcoming and efficient. The team helped me with working out my size and the 2 weeks without my engagement ring were worth it as it now fits like a glove!

A lovely store with lovely people and beautiful jewellery.
They took the time to help me ensure that I could get the ring, that I had fallen in love with, resized and posted out to me (as I was only in the area for a couple of days).
Very quick resizing and prompt postage. They also rang me once I had received the ring to make sure that everything was ok and it fitted well.

Autumn and May rhodium plated my white gold ring which had worn down, with the other metals in the ring causing a rash when I wore it. Autumn and May provided email advice about how rhodium plating could help provide a protective layer. I brought the ring in to be plated and collected it a few weeks later. It was very well polished and the rhodium plating has done the job protecting my skin. Staff very polite and helpful.

Autumn and May provided a great service. I visited the shop in Greenwich where the assistant helped me choose the ring size and placed the order which was out of stock in my size.
The ring came within 10 days and was beautifully wrapped and presented. Communication re the delivery was good and accurate, making the whole process stress free.

I always take my jewellery to Autumn and May for servicing and repairs. They provide a professional and friendly service, and keep me updated about progress. I have also bought jewellery from them as gifts for friends and family as it is always of reliable quality and not over-priced.

I bought my wedding and engagement rings from this shop many years ago. I recently had the wedding band resized in a jewelers in Bromley who completely messed it up. Luckily Autumn and May stepped up, sorted out the problem and offered a superb service.

I go to Autumn and May for all my jewellery fixing needs, from fixing gold chains to adding lost charms back onto pieces. The service and value is brilliant. I recently had an antique silver christening spoon polished up to perfection and a lovely named engraving put on for a very good price. It looked brand new. They even provided a beautiful gift box and bag to go with this refreshed new item, which I will be giving to my godson on his christening.
