Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly, works great. The instructions are very user friendly and so is the glasses. Very affordable and the quality is great in well lit areas. Highly recommended

It has been 8 months i am still waiting…

It has been 8 months i am still waiting for the glasses or my refund. I have sent over 30 emails and still have not got any answer. The only reply is “we are working on it to resolve the issue with delivery”! Bunch of crooks. 8 months of working on it , working with logistic teams to investigate the issue? If i ordered something from a different planet it would have arrived by now. The company needs to go out of business. I had high hopes for this but this people are bunch of crooks and scammers. DONT SETTLE FOR CHEAP STUFF AND DEFINITELY DONT BUY THESE. You will retire by the time you get any answer about your shipment!

Aventa lies about their return policy

DO NOT PURCHASE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We requested a refund immediately after purchase. Product was never used and Still in original packaging.

We've had to email over 10 times to get their response and now they are ignoring our request for an RMA.

Glasses broke after 1 day

Glasses broke after 1 day, express shipping took 2 weeks and customer support is not replying anymore, even tho they said I can send the glasses in for a refund.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. These are a Chinese knockoff. I thought the company was US but nope. I’m trying to return mine because I’ve had connectivity issues plus one of the hinges is loose it’s been close to a month but no response from their end and multiple emails sent. Still nothing.

Waited forever for a tracking number…

Waited forever for a tracking number paid for express shipping 4-6 days and paid insurance on all items. It says the package was delivered at my address however it was not. And no reply from customer service either. Funny thing is even with temu orders when it gets to us they get a us tracking number this didnt though....dont order from this place pay the extra money and get reliable service from meta

Warning: My experience with Aventa Glasses (aventaglasses.com) - Order #62204, no product, no refund.
Hi everyone,I want to share a very negative experience I've had with Aventa Glasses to warn others.I placed an order (#62204) for their G100 glasses on September 4, 2025, for $108.99. The package was initially returned by customs in China. I contacted their support to change the shipping address.For over two months, I was given the runaround. First, they said it hadn't shipped. Then they claimed it had, but never provided a valid tracking number. After immense frustration and delays, I demanded to cancel the order and get a full refund on November 6.Despite my repeated emails and even a final warning, they have not processed my refund. They have simply taken my money and provided nothing.A quick search shows I'm not alone. Their BBB rating is an 'F' and Trustpilot is full of similar complaints.Has anyone else had this experience with them? I've already initiated a chargeback with my credit card company, but I want to make sure the community is aware of their fraudulent practices.Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is an absolute joke.
I can’t believe I did not read the reviews prior to my order. I ordered the advantage of G 100 glasses with transition lenses on November 23, 2025. It is January 12, 2026 and still no product. Oh, let me correct that I was sent Two plastic sets of lenses, a charging cord and a cleaning cloth. BUT NO GLASSES.
I do not understand how companies like this are allowed to stand in business. If you think something is too good to be true the behavior of this company is the very epitome of that.

Excellent Purchase and I recommend

Let me begin by saying I first I thought I had gotten beat on my money. I ordered the glasses on 2 November 2025 and I ordered the prescription glasses. I had checked the mail weekly and hadnt heard from the company. But when I contacted the support they replied with a status update. I had updates on 9 November, 19 December, and my glasses arrived on 26 December. Im very pleased with the glasses. I am happy with the price I paid of $179.00 verses $450.00 from Meta. These glasses work great, my prescription is perfect, the picture taking and recording is clear and good. The AI feature is outstanding. My only issue is the glasses are a little thicker than I expected but, as my wife said there is a mini computer operating to do all the functionality. Needless to say these are a good buy.

Compared these to the meta wayfarers…

Compared these to the meta wayfarers and for $149 you cannot beat these glasses These work just as well, the fit, design, the features all work the same and equally well on both. Now obviously the real deal is gonna be a bit more clear detail wise when recording but the savings is worth the trade off

This is a scam.

This is a scam.

They issue a tracking number as if the item has been shipped, but then blame logistics issues and never actually send the product. This is how they operate their business. Even if you send a complaint email, you only receive a standard, scripted response.

I will say it again: this is a scam.

Customer service taking forever to respond. Trying to return the garbage product, been a couple months since I contacted them and no progress still. They be saying it’s better than ray-ban meta. Absolute lie!
