I'm having the very same issue as the person below. Ordered my Glasses on October 27th 2025. Order was fullfilled as per email from Merchant stating that package 📦 was picked up by U. S. POSTAL SERVICE. I received the Tracking number and email stating that package was being Delivered on November 9th . Nothing was delivered, then 2 days later I received an email saying it was delayed. I've contacted U.S. Postal Service and they have no tracking at all that they ever received the package. I've contacted customer service several times and No response at all. This company is a Scam and robbing people of hard earned Money . It's now the 20th and I still haven't received anything. Please avoid these scammers...

This company is a scam - Glasses ordered - waited 17 days and emailed where is my order after seeing the usps tracking stalled. Then suddenly usps picks up the pace and starts delivery again and it got sent to my billing address location instead of my shipping address - as if they label had two addresses printed on it which is coo coo... who does that! Stay away - emailed their support (which is all you can do) which is also a black hole of no response. I suggest you research companies like this that proffer products too good to be true with influencers that just came up out of nowhere - it is a great marketing strategy... too bad no delivery on promises.

This company is a scam. I was trying to buy glasses for my company, payment went through, 10 mins later the order is cancelled. I reached out & they were super slow on emailing back, promising to make things right. Fast forward 2 days & they completely ignored all of my email inquiries asking why my order was cancelled, I emailed them saying I was going to leave them a 1 star review based on my experience, & within hour my company was hit with dozens of fake reviews from bots. Coincidence? Maybe. Stay away from these people. They seem to pick & choose who they want to deal with.

I actually like these glasses however I did not receive my full order and the company has stopped communicating with me. I ordered the glasses with the transition / progressive prescription lens and did not receive them with the rest of the order. It has been over a week of silence from the company. Has anyone else experienced this?
Shit customer service
The glasses themselves are fine. The charging cable broke within the first week and I have been in contact with their “customer support” and it’s shit! Every reply is from a different person and none of them can give me a straight answer on where the replacement cable order is or if it’s even shipped. According to one representative they don’t sell the charging cables which is ridiculous, can’t find a match on Amazon and without a charging cable the glasses are useless

It’s been another month of no customer service. Was told once that it was escalated and my case was under review and I would hear back…no word from them. Messages last week and got yet another person who now asked for a photo/video of the cable. I’ve already thrown it away, which is my fault, for assuming a company would be able to replace or sell a charging cable.
