Ordered direct online and was shipped and received about 24 hours later. I purchased a wall tv mount and reached out for help on installation and got a quick response. Ultimately it did not fit my tv and they processed the refund very quickly once I returned the item. Just fantastic service!

The order was process and ship realy fast ,arrive 2 day ahead of expected

First they said the order shipped, waited for two weeks so I decided to check the tracking number and it said delivered but we did not receive it. We end up following up with Canada Post and turned out that the tracking number given to us by the seller was wrong. We contacted seller right away to find out what happened to our order and requested an immediate refund but the shipper refused to process the refund prior investigating even though it was clear that error happened on their end. We end up getting a refund and an email confirming that the seller made a mistake and end up Not even shipping our items out. The seller also increased the pricing immediately of the items purchased making it a lot more expensive to repurchase again. We are extremely unhappy with the seller. Completely unacceptable.

AV Gear Shop is great. You shipped the product right away via Canada Post Express Post. This should have been a 2 day delivery that took 8 days, and the box was really banged up. My only suggestion is to ditch Canada Post and go with a reputable delivery service like FedEx, UPS, or Purolator.

Delivery was a bit slow (about a week), but the purchase arrived as described and well packaged.

Pretty cool deal for items sturdy and usable from AVGearShop. We ordered 2 kids desk. Order was delivered on time, all intact. Opened only of them and it is as expected. Highly recommend the store, especially having it in the neighborhood is a plus!
