Bough a refurbished AV Receiver, sent email asking questions and got quick reply. Paid for item and drove to pick up - all in about one hour. Article was in perfect shape - I'd use them again.

Really went the extra distance.
There was a mix up with Canada Post and my speakers didn't get delivered. AVGear was out of stock of the same colour and size of speaker, so they upgraded me for free to the next size. I now have Polk Audio RTI A3's instead of A1's.
