We used Joshua Dixon at AWS after having a bad experience with our estate agents recommended mortgage advisor of trying to include hidden fees.

From the first call with Joshua we were put completely at ease and due to us being first time buyers took the time to explain each step and option with us with care and understanding.

When it came time to choose our options Joshua very helpfully laid everything out in a spreadsheet with all different options available to us which made the decision much easier.

Joshua was always more than happy to help us even when we then changed the house we were purchasing and he had to research all over again!

Josh was absolutely amazing! I had so many issues with other brokers before, but he helped me through the entire process and made everything so easy — I can’t recommend him enough. Chelsea was also fantastic; she guided me through getting everything accepted and kept both me and my solicitor fully updated. The whole experience was smooth and completely stress-free. Everyone told me getting a mortgage would be stressful, but with them it honestly felt as simple as popping to the shop to buy some milk! Just amazing service.

Fred has been great from the very start. Myself and my partner were both first time buyers and had no clue of the mortgage process and Fred was just brilliant.
