Disappointing customer service
The agent I contacted was completely unhelpful. He/She doesn't seem to know how to retain customers they’d rather lose a client than refund the return shipping costs, even though the size error clearly came from the website.

Every brand and model has different fit. So you can't know how they fit. If the size that you received is the one you ordered it's not our fault that it's not fitting.
We clearly specify on our return policy that the return costs are at the customers expense.

the color that you received was the one that it was ordered. Some shades of beige/white color can't be the same as in real life, as it depends a lot from the light.
Unfortunately the taxes can't be refunded by us, as you paid them directly to your country customs.
We also specify on our return policy that the returning costs are at the customers expense.

Honesty is not there a strong point
made a purchase from this company and at no point during checkout did they disclose any additional fees or duties. After the order was shipped, I unexpectedly received a bill from DHL for customs charges. I contacted the company, and they claimed that “somewhere” it states that there may be tariff charges for prints. However, this information was not clearly communicated before purchase. The lack of transparency is misleading and resulted in unexpected costs on my end.

Horrible Bussiness
Do yourself a favor. Do not shop from B-exit very risky because you have no idea about their's return policy. It's a nightmare. I returned my Versace handbag shipped right back the next day in a perfect condition, after I got it and way too small for my need and never heard back from them. I'd sent them many emails begging them to give me a refund for my hard earned money but no response. I quit sending emails. I realized I'm wasting so much of my quality time on this matter. Lastly I'll dispute with my credit card company and we'll take it from there.

However, we would like to clarify a few points: on our website there is a dedicated section for the return policy, which specifies that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and that the refund is processed only once we have received the package and inspected the returned items.
In your case, the shipment was made via USPS standard service: this is not an express courier, and delivery times can be longer. This may have caused the delay in the package reaching our offices and, consequently, in the refund process.
