After paying $36 for shipping

After paying $36 for shipping, I received an alert from DHL that another $54 must be paid in order to complete shipping. This is deceitful. I won’t repeat the mistake.

We’d like to clarify that the additional $54 you were asked to pay was not extra shipping cost, but import duties and taxes charged directly by your country’s customs through DHL. These fees are independent from the $36 shipping fee you paid to us and unfortunately, we cannot predict or control them, as they vary by country.

We always state this clearly in our Shipping Policy, where we inform customers that import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery

Order men’s belt and was sent a women’s belt. Tried to return but they are rejecting leather.
