We ordered a package from Babylux (baby seat and isofix)

We recently ordered a package from Babylux, and at first, only one of the two boxes was delivered to our home. We informed Babylux immediately, and although there was some initial confusion with GLS and a parcel shop, the customer support team eventually stepped in and resolved everything for us.

Today, they promptly shipped and delivered the missing part of our order. We appreciate that they followed through and ensured we received the complete package, especially with a baby on the way.

Thank you for resolving the situation -we’re happy with the final outcome and the gift.

They are lier, never shipp when they said .

The agent on the phone is very unpolite and didnt help me nothing.

Just took money from my bank and didnt get any confirmation number .

They even dont respond on the call , shity agent who have 0 consideration for their customers

Disappointing Service and Endless Delays

Quality comes with a cost. If you plan to buy from this company just because it’s a bit cheaper, I strongly recommend not purchasing anything without seeing it in their warehouse first , they are simply not capable of informing you properly before the sale.
Later on, the additional one-month delivery time they promise will likely be extended by yet another month (or more) with no certainty at all.
In short, a terrible post-sales experience and complete failure to deliver the product.

Edit: The products I purchased from the store on October 4th (with the promise of next-workday shipment) were eventually shipped partially after I had to follow up repeatedly for updates. The main item I intended to purchase, the stroller, was promised in writing to be shipped at the beginning of November. I waited for a month, but at the end of the month, only after my inquiry, I was informed that the shipment would be delayed for another month. Offering a two-month delay (without certainty, so might be more) is not a solution-oriented approach.

Since our confidence in their ability to supply the product had diminished, alternative items were requested. However, their approach was not constructive, and ultimately, the cancellation of the missing item was requested. In summary, they complicate this exciting process for you, do not track orders effectively, and the order is closed after 1.5 month with the refund of the missing item. So, would not recommend them if you want smooth purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although we are sincerely sorry to read about your disappointment.

We would like to clarify that delivery times from manufacturers are entirely beyond our control. Despite this, we always do our utmost to receive products as quickly as possible. When delays occur, we never leave our customers without alternatives.

In the event of a stock error, we offer the possibility to receive the ordered stroller in another colour. If a customer has received part of their order and wishes, for example, to exchange the car seat so it matches the stroller, we are also flexible and open to arranging this.

If our proposed colour change does not meet a customer’s expectations, we of course offer the option of a refund. Unfortunately, in your case, none of these solutions were acceptable to you. You requested a full refund of your entire order, including products that had already been received on time and in perfect condition. Naturally, we cannot proceed this way. Only the product that has not been delivered can be refunded.

You also requested to receive the Priam 4 stroller in black, while we had the black version of the model you originally ordered in stock. With a price difference of nearly €600 between the two stroller models, we were unfortunately unable to accept this request.

Following this, you accused us of manipulation. However, we were simply doing our job and offering every reasonable solution available. In such a situation, our team could equally have felt that your requests were intended to pressure us into offering something that was not realistic. It is regrettable that the exchange reached a point of mutual accusations, especially when the difficulty was caused by circumstances outside both our control.

Ultimately, the refund for the stroller was processed as soon as it became possible to do so.

We truly hope that our future communication can be more courteous and constructive. Our goal has always been—and will remain—to assist our customers as fairly and transparently as possible.

We bought a stroller which broke after 4 months, the seller: baby-lux, said they are not responsible but the manufacturer is. This is not true, according to french consumer law, seller must provide 2 year guarantee of conformity.
