Simple carrier
The Embrace is a nice, simple carrier, but it was too small for our 60 cm tall 3-month old (he probably has a long torso). So for the parents out there, it would be good to size up if you have a tall baby.
The delivery of the product by Babylux was prompt and smooth, no complaints there. Moreover, we can return the product, as per their policy.

We had to return the cybex pushchair we purchased. The wheel continuously clicked. We only got a reply with a return form after writing a previous review. We sent the pushchair back as per instructions for a full refund. However, its been 20 days and we have not had any refund or heard anything from bablux!

SAV service - Zero stars
I decided to come back and purchase a pram for travelling, despite previously having issues with my purchases. The prices are very competitive and thought that this time I could have a positive experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case. The pram that I received was scratched, so had to go through their SAV team. The SAV team is a nightmare as they don’t respond to emails and have taken a month to send the replacement part. And have managed to send the replacement part when I am away, despite me informing them. Their service is a waste of time and resource.
