Very good customer service! The products were delivered very fast (within 2-3 working days) and I was pleasantly surprised by the two gifts received upon ordering the baby car seat, plus a card gift that will have me coming back for another order. Good marketing!
Regarding the car seat: easy to install and was adopted by our baby instantly. We previously had a Cybex Cloud Z2 i-size, that we absolutely loved, but was getting a bit small for a 1 year and 7 months baby. We chose this model as it has a good ADAC rating and it matches our Z2 Base. So far, we are happy with our choice!

In November I ordered a stroller Bugaboo Fox5 from another supplier in NL. On their website it appeared available and I wanted to have specific color Astro Purple. Sadly after making payment I received email that requested color is out of stock and therefore delivery was set for 6 weeks later. After 5 weeks with no change I called the supplier who told me that they will not have the article in color I chosen and that Bugaboo stopped making it meanwhile so I can choose another color, which I of course didn’t want. Then I found Babylux website where the same article was available and selling even for lower price, granting that it will be shipped same day if ordered before 17 h. It looked too good to be true and I had doubts so I called to confirm that the color was really in stock. They have 7/7 line and I waited 4 minutes (which is nothing) and Lady confirmed that they had it in stock and if ordered same day, it will be delivered next day (Saturday). I still had doubts but I made an order anyways. The order arrived next day on Saturday at 12:10 by post NL. Unpacking the parcel I found out that babylux even gave us few items for free Like car seat protection and simple warm footmuff for baby and I also discovered that they probably didn’t have whole bundle stroller with Astro-Purple canopy so they shipped me the basic color in black and added purple canopy (which is sold extra for 60-80€) for free! I have to sincerely say that I never had such positive experience and I am hooked with them for next 5 years at least because they have wide sortiment, good prices and outstanding customer service. Thank you Babylux!
