Andy was very helpful when we wanted a new hood for a pioneer pram. He searched and managed to find a navy hood and the pram looks as good as new. Our daughter was delighted . Arrived quickly and was well packaged . Five stars 🌟 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I never leave reviews but this company deserves one. I Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who sorted out a price match for me. Both ladies were helpful. Great customer service and staff.

Easy and fast thanks

Had availability of the required item but unfortunately dispatched to the wrong address. It was difficult to get hold of them and they never confirmed the delivery re routing had been requested despite saying I would receive an email.

The team at Babycare Bradford are incredible. We popped in on a whim on a rainy Saturday. As we are expecting our first child, we really didn't know what we were looking for or what we actually needed. The ladies were extremely welcoming and approachable. They made us feel completely at ease straight away. We were asked about our lifestyle and in turn they were able to point us in the direction of some of the more suitable prams. We talked about our journey to pregnancy and our hopes for the future. Both staff members really gave us the time of day and seemed genuinely interested in us and what was to come. We tested out a couple of prams (outside on the cobbles) and we were encouraged to take photos so we could look back at what we looked like pushing the prams. We never felt pressured into making a decision at any point. After looking at prams, we had a quick look at car seats and they assured us that they could get the one we wanted in the colour we liked. We also went upstairs and looked at furniture for the nursery. After spending almost 2 hours in the store we wrote down some ideas and prices. After a look round some other well known larger baby stores, we knew we wanted to buy from Babycare Bradford not just because they offered a great price and were able to price match a bundle we'd seen elsewhere but mainly down to the outstanding service we received. We cannot thank the team at Babycare Bradford enough. You know when you buy from them that you are guaranteed to come away from the purchase feeling excited about what's to come. I can absolutely say we did not get this feeling at other larger stores. 100% recommend Babycare Bradford for your baby bits and bobs.

Really helpful and sorted an issue I had with my pram quickly and did a great job. I also purchased a new baby bag which I love and it’s great. Really lovely people and really helpful!

We needed a stroller for holidays and went to get one. The one we wanted was at the warehouse but they went to get it for us while we waited :)
The staff knew everything about the products and told us everything we needed to know.

Bought a tandem pram seat for my grandchildren, was very easy to order online, and was delivered for free within three days. Excellent value for money, and great delivery service, thank you.

They were very patient with our 2year old great grandson as he was a typical toddler he refused to try any car seat

Irrefutably the worst experience I’ve ever had when purchasing something. Babycare ordered the wrong pram which in itself is of course just a mistake - however their response afterwards was despicable. Due to the fact that they don’t keep electronic records, the company insinuated that I had never ordered the pram I had, undoubtedly, selected and confirmed by phone call (records of which were clear on my phone). This wasn’t a rushed decision but one that took a lot of thought and I was unlikely to forget. Again, due to their lack of record keeping and communication they had charged me for the standard iCandy Peach 7 and not the Cerium upgrade. This meant after effectively being called a liar in their store and their clear mistake, I had to pay yet more money to this company for them to reorder the correct pram. As soon as I had done this, the Cerium was heavily discounted and due to be replaced by the Studio. As pram stockists, there is no doubt in my mind that Babycare knew that iCandy would be replacing their top spec pram but chose to profiteer from this as I’d annoyed them by not taking the pram they had incorrectly ordered. Pregnancy is a vulnerable time for many people and their treatment of me during this time was unacceptable. I would never normally write a review but felt it was my duty to provide a cautionary tale for others considering Babycare.

Daughter loved that the team made her feel like a vip showed her how to put all the different accessories on the pushchair and spent a lot of time answering all her questions would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase items for a baby to use the shop fantastic 10 out of 10

Excellent service, I purchased a car seat for my grandson and the lovely lady put it in my car and showed me how to use it.
Nothing was too much trouble.
