Irrefutably the worst experience I’ve ever had when purchasing something. Babycare ordered the wrong pram which in itself is of course just a mistake - however their response afterwards was despicable. Due to the fact that they don’t keep electronic records, the company insinuated that I had never ordered the pram I had, undoubtedly, selected and confirmed by phone call (records of which were clear on my phone). This wasn’t a rushed decision but one that took a lot of thought and I was unlikely to forget. Again, due to their lack of record keeping and communication they had charged me for the standard iCandy Peach 7 and not the Cerium upgrade. This meant after effectively being called a liar in their store and their clear mistake, I had to pay yet more money to this company for them to reorder the correct pram. As soon as I had done this, the Cerium was heavily discounted and due to be replaced by the Studio. As pram stockists, there is no doubt in my mind that Babycare knew that iCandy would be replacing their top spec pram but chose to profiteer from this as I’d annoyed them by not taking the pram they had incorrectly ordered. Pregnancy is a vulnerable time for many people and their treatment of me during this time was unacceptable. I would never normally write a review but felt it was my duty to provide a cautionary tale for others considering Babycare.

Absolutely fantastic customer service listened to what I wanted and was able to give me a great price for a bundle
Daughter loved that the team made her feel like a vip showed her how to put all the different accessories on the pushchair and spent a lot of time answering all her questions would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase items for a baby to use the shop fantastic 10 out of 10

Excellent service, I purchased a car seat for my grandson and the lovely lady put it in my car and showed me how to use it.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely shop with everything you could want for your baby. Lady in the shop we dealt with was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different pram’s,buggies,car seats etc. so much choice with everything including nursery furniture and all the well known make’s. Also they where so friendly and helpful,couldn’t do enough for us.

Great place to get all your baby essentials, lovely staff and great offers as well. Helpful to have payment plans and keeping hold of items until required.
Also staff was really great with my little one who had come with can’t fault this place and the customer service you receive

Such a personal experience and devoted attention from staff. Got a superb bundle for a fab price. Obviously knew their products exceptionally well. Even helped us to the car with our new purchase. Absolutely excellent in every aspect. Can’t fault them.

We bought our first travel system from the lovely people at Babycare back in 2023 when our little girl was due & just took her back there almost 2 years later to buy her next toddler car seat. Travelled an hour and a half to come to this store as it was the closest my babbii distributor and it was definitely worth the travel. The service I received was above and beyond and all of the staff were honestly so lovely. Such a range of prams in one place too - definitely recommend for anyone who’s unsure of what to go for!

I first visited this shop almost 30 years ago when I was expecting my first child, it was a pleasure to return and have the opportunity to choose furniture for our grandson’s bedroom. We were given a friendly personal experience when choosing our Grandson’s bedroom furniture, advice was given on the different brands of furniture. It was also wonderful to see the business was still owned by the same family, highly recommend
