I contacted this company looking for a specific buggy board for the pram I had kept from my first baby ready for my second. The pram I had was discontinued and therefor hard to find the matching buggy board. Andy at baby care online was more than helpful and managed to find his last one in stock! A great help and now my toddler will be able to be included in walks with his new baby sister. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Quick response and resolution for our Silvercross stoller that needed a wheel replacement, spare sent quickly, greatly recieved - thank-you!

Claire, Rachel and Chris are just fantastic. They’re so great at listening to your needs and using their experience to pass on their advice to help you pick the best products for you and your baby.

They’re also never hard sell and give you all the time and space you need to make your decision. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for my big baby purchases.

The whole team is very welcoming and helpful. They are always on hand too answer emails/questions. I went into the shop knowing what I wanted and Claire was very patient and knowledgeable about the pram I had in mind. I bought my oldests pram from them a few years back and wouldn't have gone any where else this time round. A lovely small, family run business.
