The service was good and the tallboy was lovely but was delivered on a pallet and dropped at front of house don't know how you are expected to get rid of the pallet

Hello Mary. Glad you like your tallboy and thank you for the positive review. With regard to the pallet, we do request that pallets are removed by the drivers. However, some do not follow through on our request and when a delivery is made but nobody is in to accept it they do not remove the pallet to ensure it remains stable and doesn't get damaged.
We realise this can sometimes be inconvenient.

Absolutely terrific. They delivered exactly when they said they would with no extra charge. They e-mailed to let you know when your goods were coming and telephoned to say they had received the order. The goods came ready assembled and packed well. They cost less than other suppliers. Would not fail to recommend them to anyone.

Good service but a couple of slight "niggles" with the product
Good communication and prompt despatch with reliable Courier. Only disappointment sit that the "back" had a large grease mark on it and the "top" is a lot different in colour to the rest.
Easy to put together and sturdy.

Faulty item but great customer service
My toilet roll holder arrived promptly and was beautiful, however it was faulty when I assembled it.
I emailed photographs to Back2Bath and requested a refund. I received outstanding customer service and therefore would probably still purchase from Back2Bath in the future.

beautiful product, incorrect size description
Quick delivery and beautiful product but dimensions posted on the description of the item were not correct! I was a little disappointed and didn't want to go through the trouble to return! The depth states 5cm but is actually a little bigger than that. I ordered it to fit in a small area (less than 2") and it's a little bigger than that!
