My order was delivered and I changed my mind on 1 item and 1 was delivered wrongly.When I rang Back to Bath I initially spoke to Michelle who was very efficient and dealt with everything really well.
The only issue was with Yodel on returns who turned up at 22.00 having said they would collect during the day but gave no time window.Not realistic in 2018.

Very prompt service
Very prompt service. Picture on website and on the box was of white marble flecked with black, which is what I was expecting, but the tumbler that arrived was a strong grey. Perhaps a warning that with natural stone colours vary, just to manage expectations?
