The smart watch was as described. Good value and prompt delivery

I’ve not given them that review because of their product I haven’t had the device long enough to make a judgement. However, I sent my old device back to them and was given a price. Their website is full of Bots and if they email you and you reply you get an auto answer back telling you to reply via their website. Every time I tried to logon I was asked to use a valid email address. In the end they asked me to create a brand new email addy. All I wanted to know was when will I be paid for the item I sent you? I started this on Monday and spoke to 3 different people. They all told me that they couldn’t help as I needed to log onto their system. I tried to explain that when I tried to login I was being told to use a valid email address. However, they were sending me emails using the same email address. If I tried to reply I got an automated email back telling me to log onto their system to their system. If you do get in I found their website extremely difficult to navigate. I’d already bought a £400 iPad from them, but I was then asked to prove my ID by submitting my passport and my driving license. I’m still waiting for the £130 for the trade in of my old iPad 😕

Pristine Condition: Back Market promises no signs of use for Premium, and they delivered.

Battery & Performance: The battery health is at 100%, and the phone performs exactly like a factory-sealed device. The camera and display are incredible.

Value & Service: I saved a significant amount of money compared to retail while still getting a phone that is indistinguishable from brand new. The shipping was fast, and the packaging was excellent.

Props to Back Market for making high-end tech refurbishment so reliable and professional. 10/10 recommendation!

Great as always. Speedy delivery and everything exactly as I expected and could wish for. Back Market is my go to for tech and I recommend them to everyone.

This isn't the first time I've used Back Market and it won't be the last. The refurb iPhone I got last year is excellent and it looks like the Google phone just acquired for my wife will do the trick as well. Excellent and quick service. Phone arrived well packaged and--so far--all is good.

Very well I loved it

This is a brilliant business. The whole idea of giving a second life to devices you no longer use, or that aren’t quite as new as you’d like, is fantastic. Some people can make great use of them for years to come.

It’s clear they have a team of experts carefully checking the devices, replacing any parts that aren’t working perfectly, and giving everything a thorough clean.

I had a fantastic experience buying a laptop for my son. Honestly, it looks like it came straight out of the box. And, to be honest, it runs faster and better than my work laptop! 😂

Terrible customer service and complete lack of support for delayed orders.
​I ordered a phone, and the delivery immediately stalled with no tracking updates. When I contacted Customer Care, they completely refused to take responsibility, passing the blame to the courier and claiming I had to wait nearly two weeks before they would even begin to investigate a lost parcel.
​When I requested to cancel the order due to the breach of their own delivery timeframe, they refused to process a refund or assist in any way, leaving me with a rude "As you wish" response.
​Under UK consumer law, the merchant is responsible for delivery, not the customer. Due to their total unhelpfulness, I had to open a dispute directly with my bank. Avoid Back Market if you value proper customer support and reliable delivery.

Only bubble wrap!

Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered a high-value MacBook Pro through Back Market. It arrived wrapped in only thin bubble wrap inside a thin black plastic mailing bag, with no rigid cardboard box or proper protective packaging whatsoever.

I was so shocked by the packaging that I filmed the unboxing as I opened it.

The MacBook was immediately found to be faulty, with around 40 visible horizontal lines across the screen. I contacted Back Market within approximately 30 minutes of receiving it and supplied photographs, video evidence of the screen fault and the complete unboxing video showing exactly how the laptop had been packaged.

For a high-value computer to be shipped in this way is, in my view, completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

I have also had to spend considerable time making phone calls, sending emails, providing photographs and video evidence, and arranging the return of a product that should never have arrived in this condition.

I have formally rejected the laptop and requested a full refund and prompt collection.

My biggest concern is not simply that a second-hand product developed a fault. Faults can happen. My concern is that an expensive MacBook Pro was sent with such inadequate protection in the first place, followed by the amount of my time required to resolve the situation.

I provided photographic and video evidence documenting everything stated in this review.
Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service I received.
