Great bag, beautiful packaged and arrived more swiftly than expected.

Excellent product, with great ethical credentials, just what I was looking for

I'm very happy with the Vik backpack from Bagmaya. I like the material, it feels sturdy and is comfortable to wear. I was a little worried when it arrived that it would look too bulky on my back as I am quite petite but actually the size is perfect to get all my stuff in for my commute in to London. I can easily fit in my laptop, big headset, thick A4 book, lunch, shoes, water bottle in one side pocket, coffee cup in the other, and all the other little bits and pieces needed.

Beautiful product, strong and sturdy, lots of zip pockets, and holds my large Mac in the computer pocket and plenty of heavy books. I was looking for a non-plastic bag and this is an excellent back-pack.

The transaction process and delivery was very smooth. I quickly had a very small issue with my bag however. Speaking to Bagmaya was a joy though, we came to a resolution quickly and they were very friendly to deal with. Very happy to recommend Bagmaya!

Lovely bag and good delivery. It’s a little bigger than I thought it would be, which is good for fitting other things aside from the mat in. I love that it can be worn as a bag pack or across the body. Very nice experience all in all

I bought the Bagmaya Yaiza packback as a special birthday gift for someone who loves sustainable and ethical products. They loved it and found it to be so comfortable, stylish and they can fit everything they needed into it. A winner!

The quality of bumbag is great and I have used it on many occasions. Very quick delivery and great email communication.

There aren't enough stars on this review to give the credit these guys deserve, as these guys have an amazing product and the service is both personal and helpful and I've dealt with plenty that aren't.
In today's world the product I have to say is superb in look and feel and what it stands for. It made an amazing mother's day gift and I'll be back for more. I also had a reply from Carlos who is the founder of the business thanking me for the review. I should and am now thanking him and the team for what isn't just a normal rucksack but a very special product and team behind it.

I'm so pleased with my backpack. It looks great and is practical too, simple things like good bottle holders and useful pockets and storage sections. I can fit loads in too - very handy with two young kids to carry for! I've received positive comments from friends as well.

Lovely product (backpack for my daughter for Xmas) and excellent service. Great that it ticks all the sustainability boxes as this needs to be at the top of the list in terms of importance. Would recommend 100%!

I recently got a mat bag from Bagmaya and I have to say I truly love it!
The design is great and the quality very good in my opinion. I really like hemp products and I love the fact that it's a fair trade product.
I also love the fact that is done in Nepal. I love Nepal and its people :)

I was struggling to find a sustainable and ethical bag for University but Bagmaya has a range of beautiful bags with lots of space, pockets and features. I love the fabric and design, the main issue was choosing which one to order! I can easily fit my laptop, books, water bottle, and various other things inside and the credit card feature is a nice added touch. I plan to keep using it for as long as it lasts, which judging from its use so far will be many years.

Brilliant quality product, plenty of space in the bag. Delivery was quick and love that all the packaging is eco friendly!

I absolutely love my Palawan bag.
Lightweight – it’s probably a property of the hemp. Super lightweight!
It’s comfortable to wear, with adjustable straps
Perfect size, takes everything I normally need whilst not looking stuffed.
It has a little secret pocket for valuables too, it’s practical.
It’s waterproof.
It could be a perfect all round backpack: perfect for work and school as well.

I love my new bag! Blown away by the quality of it, feels like it will last for years not to mention how good it looks as as well. So happy to be able to purchase something which hasn’t had a negative impact on our planet.
