Delicious coffee

Delicious coffee, above all healthy and pesticide-free. I drink several cups a day and feel great. They say coffee raises blood pressure, but this coffee doesn't raise it at all. I've had my blood pressure checked and everything is normal. I recommend this coffee because it's excellent.

Great taste, amazing quality

At first i thought its a bit expensive, but i never tried specialty coffee before. However, ehen i had my first sip of coffee i was pleasantly surprised with the taste, and to be completely honest, i was wired. Ive never felt such energy from just one cup of cofee before in my life, it really is a change from your average supermarket coffee. 10/10 definetely worth the money.

This is the best coffee I have ever had…

This is the best coffee I have ever had with none of the nasties. We get the dark fire energy and you can taste all the tasting notes. Freshly roasted within days of delivery to your front door. What really great about this coffee don’t get any jittery feelings you can get with coffee.

The best coffee you can buy!

It was initially the toxic free aspect that was my reason for trying Balance Coffee. Then after trying it well I know there was no going back to any other brands! It just feels clean, has no negative side effects and tastes great. I no longer get that acidic feeling or sometimes the tired and nauseous feeling that coffee used to give me.

Also, having picked up a few batista tips from the Balance emails, I decided to invest in a coffee grinder, so now fully appreciate the added benefit of freshly ground coffee every day, which snells delightful. It's been a pleasure learning more about coffee and discovering Balance Coffee which by my estimates is second to none.

Weak and Watery. Not a Real Espresso Alternative

I replaced my usual espresso with the medium roast Rotate Espresso, but unfortunately it’s nothing like an espresso. For anyone who enjoys strong coffee, this comes across as very weak. I really wanted a healthier alternative, but even with a generous amount, it came out tasting like water with just a hint of coffee. It doesn’t give you the same kick that an espresso does.

I JUST LOVE BALANCE!

I JUST LOVE BALANCE!! This coffee is purely FANTASTIC!
I’m currently under investigation for immune deficiency, my energy levels are low, at times my mood is low & I also have nights that I struggle to sleep..
As well as their fantastic coffee that keeps me energised throughout the day their Reishi tincture is also fantastic! Ever since I was gifted a tincture (from Balance) I’ve slept soundly every night that I’ve used..
I can’t fault their service or their products..

Good product quality but poor customer service

Trust the quality is good but I think customer service need to improve.
I received the coffee beans from Royal Mail on 5 Feb, but there is missing delivery for 1 item. I try to use Live chat to contact with the staff at 11:30am, but waiting for 4 hours till 3pm, still no one response. If you make the platform for us to chat with your staff, I cannot believe there is no one reply to the customer.
Finally I got the email reply from the team by the end of 5 Feb. I would expect this can be solved within couple of days but this is not. Till now 13 Feb, I still not received the missing coffee bean, I feel I am really patient to wait as I trust the process. However, I am extremely disappointed and annoyed for such case.
Finally, I got the coffee by today 18 Feb, many thanks to Mark and Jallyca who help me to rearrange the order delivery.

Incomplete order received

Ordered 250g Decaf and 250g Lion’s Mane a week ago. Received the decaf but no lion’s mane. Emailed them twice and had a reply from Mark to apologise and to reassure me it would be sent out. That was 2 days ago, I was hoping for an email from them to say your shipment is on its way but nothing. IF they read this my order number is 5582.

Update 5/2/26 I’ve had a response that the Lions Mane is out of stock and have been offered a refund or to wait. I wasn’t made aware of this and it’s not showing out of stock on the website which will ultimately result in customers like me going back and forth with them and getting negative comments on here. Updated 2 stars for now.

Update 5/2/26 pm. Royal Mail have just delivered the coffee! Got there in the end what a palaver. Updated to 4 stars.

Item never received

Item never received, despatched on 20th Jan, tracking not updated, Balance said they would be in touch if they couldn’t get it moving again and to not ask them about it. No response by 3rd Feb and could not get hold of them via online chat to enquire. Package still missing.
